Chris Matthews Takes Cheap Shot at George W. Bush

Years after President George W. Bush has left office, Chris Matthews still cannot resist taking a cheap and groundless shot at the former president. In his latest effort, Matthews has implied that the 43rd President did not write his own memoirs.
On this weekend's The Chris Matthews Show (Sun., 1/15/12), Matthews began his weekly "Tell Me Something I Don't Know Segment" by turning to one of the members on his panel, Michael Duffy, Time magazine's executive editor.
MATTHEWS: Mike, tell me something I don't know.
DUFFY: George W. Bush actually likes writing books, and he’s been thinking lately about writing a book about his father, the 41st President, who will turn 88 in June. Bush says he likes the process you go through. He discovered that when writing his memoirs –
MATTHEWS: Has anyone actually seen him writing?

There is some fairly good evidence that Bill Ayers wrote most of Barack's "Dreams of My Father" based on analyses of style, content and phraseology being strikingly familiar to Bill's other works.
So, if you want to play the "did anyone see him write it" game, the same could be asked of your other mancrush JFK and how he "authored" the book that many analyses contend was written by Ted Sorensen and Jules David called "Profiles in Courage".
Don't go down that road unless you want to answer those questions, which existed LONG before Bush's book even was on the word processor.

His implication is that Bush is incapable of writing, period. He simply can't resist a chance to paint W as both stupid and illiterate. It's been part of his act for years.

Well, when you get right down to it, we could probably be calling Boy Barry 'Casper', because there is very little evidence that he as been seen or documented doing ANY of the things he's claimed to have done, prior to his ascension to the status of being 'the most historical and transformal figure in American history'.
Of course, that's probably a 'racist' statement, because Casper was 'white'............and we ALL know that Boy Barry is 'black'.

killa, has anyone seen Odumbo do anything besides play golf? Could it be that his school records are sealed because it wasn't him that did the work? Maybe he paid someone to take his tests so he could spend more time doin a bit more blow.
I bet he stole someone elses thesis and that it is sealed because the real author might recognize it for his own and we can't have that happen now could we?

You can bet your hard-earned dollar that l'il Barry Soetoro got into Punahou School in Honolulu (my own alma mater) because of affirmative action, as well as the fact that his 'typical white grandmother' (you know,the one who died mysteriously the day before he was coronated, after being under lock and key for the previous year or more) was a banker who 'knew' people.

So, for the 5 people that watch his show, he showed them that he's still a partisan hack, which may be why only 5 people watch his show. He should end his show, like Jimmy Durante used to only, instead of saying Good Night Mrs. Kalabash, where ever you are, he could say, thanks mom, dad, uncle harry and Aunt Louise, and of course, my beautiful wife, for watching today.

seen Duh One's "long form" birth certificate? Have they seen his high school and college transcripts? Did they actually see him write his thesis and have they read it? Have they seen the paperwork he completed to gain entrance to Columbia and Harvard? Have they met and spoken at length to anyone who went to school with him? Have they seen proof of how he financed his college education? Until you have answers to these questions, you should refrain from questioning George Bush's writing.

I can't take anything a middle aged man who needs a bib to speak says seriously. He probably gets fitted for depends/diapers too, in case he gets a little too excited when he sees Obamalinsky.....The guy leaves an assortment of stains wherever he sits, one of the most disgusting human beings alive.
