[Insert name of unfunny female comedian here] is bitter about politics and she doesn’t care who knows it. [Unfunny female comedian] just unleashed an obscenity-filled tirade against a member of Donald Trump’s family, calling her a “feckless [insert crude, profane insult].”
Yes, just kinda writes itself, doesn’t it? Samantha Bee, Kathy Griffin -- what’s the difference? Both are attention-starved hacks and both found the word “feckless’ in the thesaurus. (Well, Bee did, anyway. She used it first. Griffin was just trying to get as close as she could to Bee’s “feckless c*nt” insult without outright stealing her material.)
Bee is rumored to have a comedy show on some basic cable channel. She used it a couple of weeks ago to insult and slime Ivanka. Griffin has Twitter. She used it yesterday to insult Melania. Both are ostensibly outraged by the separation of children from families at the border.
Griffin, full of self-pity, petulance and spite (and, we must assume, feck) is trying to resume a career she destroyed with a tasteless “joke” last year. Given the political climate, cursing out Melania may be just what she needs.
