Asman: Bidenomics Like ‘Selling the Sizzle, Not the Steak’ President Joe Biden can't catch a break after his foolish 'Bidenomics' plot.

Fox News guest anchor David Asman torched the White House’s so-called “Bidenomics” for its ignorance of real-world financial problems faced by Americans. Asman, who hosted a special edition of the Fox Business show Kudlow on June 29, sharply criticized the Biden administration touting “Bidenomics” while real wages continued to plummet.

Asman, while interviewing Breitbart’s Economics and Finance Editor John Carney, said that “76% of Americans say that the economy is only fair or poor…because hourly and weekly wages are down big time…in real terms” since the beginning of the Biden presidency.

According to a poll conducted by Fox News, the 76% of Americans that believe that the economy is in “fair or poor shape” is “consistent with where things have been for most of President Biden’s term.” Also, the poll showed that almost half of Americans (45%) said they are “falling behind” financially.

However, despite massive loss and disapproval, Biden is “touting his middle-out, bottom-up policy,” which Asman said is “trying to turn some fake hamburger meat into a T-bone steak.”

Carney chimed in, agreeing with Asman that “Americans will not buy” Biden’s touting. “One of the things you can't fool people about is inflation’s effect on their home finances,” Carney correctly said.

Asman went on to voice his concern with the “industrial policy” of “Bidenomics,” which Asman said is the asinine belief that “somehow the government is the best investor in the world.” He asked in response to this idea: “how many of these industrial policy disasters do we have to have before we realize that politicians investing our money is a terrible idea?”
