Liberal Muckraker at BusinessWeek thinks Obama is Good for Business

BusinessWeek, one of the leading business publications on the market, has come out with a piece that blatantly panders to the Obama crowd called "Is Barack Obama Good for Business?". Look at the source breakdown for the article:

2 quotes from Democratic Consultants (including the subtitle)
0 quotes from Republican Consultants

1 Example of a CEO who likes Obama and corresponds with him regularly
0 Examples of CEOs who disagree with Obama or even think Clinton is better

1 Quote from the head of a Chamber of Commerce about Obama’s character
0 Quotes from anyone about the damaging effects of Obama’s liberal policies in Illinois

The piece is riddled with regurgated talking points about "tax cuts for the rich" and rosy character quotes. Disappointing to say the least. For more detailed analysis article including the liberal muckracking background of the author, click here.

Big Government is BUSINESS

If present growth continues, the ONLY business left.

Keep the change Bob. h/t Sam Peckinpah

Any Surprise?

Standard operating procedure for practically every publication today.  All are a complete waste of time and money for anyone seeking knowledge.

To know and not do, is to not yet know

Obviously, BusinessWeek is

Obviously, BusinessWeek is not aware of Obama's support for "comparative worth" legislation.

An economy killer if there ever was one.

And when are these idiots going to learn that "taxing the rich" only ends up hosing the poor in the end. Unless, of course, this is what the lefties want to see happen. Hmmm.

Che Obama

The MSM is determined to select Che Obama for the Peoples Republic of the United States, that's why they selected Juan McCain for the New Republican Party.

Carbon Credits Smoke'em if you got'em!

Obama good for business if...

Obama is good for your business only if your biggest client is the government. Everybody else will just get taxed to death. At the end , we will look more like those those european countries where it makes no sense to own a business and everybody does things under the table to avoid taxes. According to his speech, he will create construction jobs by rebuilding infrastructure and taxing the rich. That's more like moving jobs from one place to another, not creating jobs. What happens after construction is over? What if I don't have anything to do with construction or government? I don't think business will be good for me.

There is only one way Obama could be good for business...

If the Republicans win super majorities in both the House and Senate.

Otherwise, Obama will be far far worse than Carter was.

The day that "politician" became a career choice is the day we started losing the Republic. Let's get it back! Alan Keyes '08.

Hussein Obama

When will it soak in that Obama is not black but an Arab. The only economies he'll help is those controlled by radical Islam. Hasn't his proposals to give close to a trillion U.S. tax dollars to Islam, minus what the U.N. steals from it, penetrated the brainwashed skulls of the liberal world?

Neither Hillary Clinton or

Neither Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama is good for business. Both are Socialists on the European model. More state involvement, more bureaucracy, more quangos, higher taxes on the middle class.  Businessmen tempted by the mellifluous tones of Obama or  promises of Clinton should  observe the results of Socialist policies in France or Germany. The policy platform of the Democrats is similar to  that of the French, German and Swedish Socialists. Any businessman- big or small- voting for Obama or Clinton is like a turkey voting for Christmas.
