Schakowsky Admits Her Problem With Limbaugh is Politics More Than 'Slut' Comment
If the definition of the word "gaffe" is when a politician accidentally tells the truth, Illinois Democratic Rep. Jan Schakowsky may have committed a gaffe on Thursday's The Ed Show.
After MSNBC host Ed Schultz gave her the chance to respond to complaints from conservatives that liberals have shown a double standard in tolerating vile comments about conservative women from liberals like Bill Maher while attacking Rush Limbaugh's recent controversial "slut" comment, Schakowsky admitted that disagreement with Limbaugh's political agenda was a major motivation for her rather than his simply using the word "slut."
Her admission came a day after she was caught on video trying to avoid addressing HBO comedian Maher's history of attacking conservative women.
Below are both video and a transcript of the relevant portion of the Thursday, March 8, The Ed Show on MSNBC:
I'm not going to condone any kind of name-calling, but that's not what Rush Limbaugh is simply doing. He is going after women for standing up for their rights to, and access to contraception, going after a young, brave woman who went to testify, not a public figure, who stood up to declare the rights of women and her friends.
No, this is not just about a name, this is about a policy. This is about an attack on women's rights.

You couldn't say that to the Fox News crew when confronted about the double standard between what Rush said as opposed to Bill Maher yesterday. You just laughed it off and went your merry way.
How about that $1 M he gave to the Obama campaign? Guess you don't have a comment about that either.

What is a slut anyway?

According to the dictionary a slut is an immoral or dissolute woman.
So the question is: How accurately does that apply to Sandra Fluke?
Ignoring the fact that she is a flaming Liberal, if she were not promiscuous in the first place, why would she be asking for help in getting her contraceptives? To be making a Federal case out of it apparently she needs a lot.

Your problem isn't just political. Your problem is that you're a progressive socialist committed to undermining the freedoms and the subjugation of the citizens of this country.

word, that's bad and if you are a Liberal and use the word, that's okay.
She is saying this because she looked like the hypocrite she is on TV.
America will always be in trouble as long as it has citizens who vote people like her and Obama into office.
Where is it written that women have a right to contraceptives?

Where is it written that women have a right to contraceptive materials?
Where is it written that Jan Schakowsky has the right to invent rights as they are real and legitimate?

Radical Leftists have been pretending to shriek in horror over Limbaugh's correct declaration that this Fluke ('Rhymes with...') woman is a slut. After all, if 'slut' were the outrageous thing they'd go after Maher (et al). But they aren't doing that, which makes it clear that their 'outrage' is over Limbaugh's ideology.
Leftists: stuck to their own fly-paper...LOL
