After all, as far as I'm aware, neither Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, nor Glenn Beck has ever told a sitting president to "shut the hell up." Nor have they ever called anyone a "mashed up bag of meat" (with or without lipstick). Nor have they denounced Twitter as "the worst person in the world" because their own staff was posting Twitter feeds in their name that they were too dumb or uninvolved to know about.
