FNC's Kelly Reports Public Opinion Trending Against Sotomayor

On Tuesday’s Special Report with Bret Baier on FNC, substitute anchor Megyn Kelly read a brief story informing viewers that now more people oppose the confirmation of Judge Sonia Sotomayor than support it. According to a new Rasmussen poll, those in opposition outnumber supporters by 39 to 37 percent, in contrast with its poll from two weeks ago which found she was favored 42 to 34 percent.

Kelly: "Well, public support for Judge Sotomayor appears to be slipping. A new Rasmussen Reports survey indicates just 37 percent support her confirmation now, while 39 percent oppose it. Compare that to two weeks ago, when her confirmation was favored by a 42 to 34 percent margin."

It doesn't matter

Obeyme could have nominated Roland Freisler and he would still get confirmed.

Especially With...

Especially with Alfred E. Frankenstein having successfully stolen Norm Coleman's Senate seat! We will have SNL for the next six years in Congress! Oh well, we have a clown in the White House, a witch in the Speaker's chair, so we might as well have a stand up comedian in the Senate!

Sotomayor is an unwise Latin woman

Only chosen because she is a wacko leftist and Hispanic.  As big a disgrace as Hussein Hopenchange.

Angry White Dude

thereby debunking the theory that 'only caucasians are racists'

Blacks vote for a black man - JUST because he is black...A black man nominates an hispanic woman for a position she is not qualified for...JUST because she is brown and female.

And THEY have the audacity to call whites racists!!!!!  Something is very wrong with this picture!

Just as the PRESIDENT of the United States puts down Tea Party attendees as non-patriots/bitter clingers/radicals.  I guess he was never taught American History in Indonesia.

It is IMPERATIVE

We MUST place a racist on the Supreme Court in order to advance the racist causes of the liberal democrat agenda.

Just think folks, if she were a dog catcher, the non white dogs would be allowed to run wild to attack, maul, and kill anybody.

The white dogs on the othe hand would be required to be licensed and leashed, and preferably drugged into a stupified state so it could not defend itsself.

Couldn't have said it

Couldn't have said it better myself

When the people fear the government it's called tyranny, when the government fears the people it's called liberty!

Of course, since we know

Of course, since we know that this Whitehouse does nothing by chance, there is the distinct possibility that Obambi nominated So-So Mayor knowing that she wouldn’t survive the nomination process.  He could then nominate his actual choice who is only slightly less radical (which would still put them to the left of Castro) and allow him to claim the moral high ground while manufacturing charges of alleged racism.  The Senate would be too afraid to oppose the second nominee and we still get another radical leftist on the Court

TomP - I have had the same thoughts! Woe is America!!!

Doesnt matter

It doesnt matter if she isnt confirmed - Obama will just appoint somebody else just as bad or worse.  Maybe we should go with the devil we know.  Dont get me wrong - I dont want her on the Supreme Court.  But I have no say in the matter.
