You know, the government said the same things about the TARP bailout.  'the world will end if this isn't passed today'.  'we haven't a clue what this will do to the economy, but we have to do something fast'.  IT HASN'T DONE S***!!!  It's already been wasted away and hasn't done a DAMN THING IT WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO DO!  It was supposed to take all the toxic debt from the banks and henry freakin'-paulson even came out and said after it passed that he wasn't going to use it for it's original purpose.  And now this "stimulus" (only because it stimulates liberals in that special way) has so much bulls*** in it it's going to crush what's left of our economy.  Oh sure, it'll have a few temp jobs for people to do for a month or two.  What happens when those roads are finished?  I guarantee you, they will try this again within 6 months.  And it will be bigger.  They got 700 billion through so they tried 1 trillion.  If they get 830 billion through they'll try 1.5 trillion, etc.  How can they say that this is what the public wants when poll after poll say that the AMERICAN PEOPLE DO NOT WANT THIS!  These demoncrats are going to crush the economy within a year.  And as for those 3 traitor RINO's, they are a disgrace to this country and I hope they lose their next elections to TRUE conservatives.  They shouldn't even be allowed to stay in the Republican party. 

If they pass this and try to pass another WHEN this bill fails, I'd be all for open revolt.  This moron of a chrissy matthews wet-dream has proved he is unfit and desires to destroy everything this great country stands for.

Can there be two people that are any worse then them to espouse Obama's tripe. Obama has made several rookie mistakes thus far and he has not been in office more then two weeks  . He has trashed the economy even further by fear mongering , which he espoused in his campaign the he hated that kind of stuff, so where is his campaign promise of no fear mongering . Obama has done more harm to the economy then all of the wall street melt down and the gas prices could do. Gasoline prices was more then anything responsible for the lack of consumer confidence, as most people do not worry about wall street,but what effects their bottom line week to week . If he would allow drilling now and any where you would see a rebound of the economy, if not you will wait many years to see a come back.  His spending plan will not help the economy , only common sense items will like drill here and drill now.
