Twenty years ago, Democrats lost a midterm election they had expected to win. But instead of blaming “candidate quality” or a party message that was out of synch with voters, liberal pundits whined that the real problem was that the media were too slanted towards conservatives for liberals to get a fair shake. That’s right, a pro-conservative press.

Decades before the media’s embarrassing love affair with Barack Obama, or their open warfare against Donald Trump, there was the 1992 presidential campaign, when liberal journalists shamelessly promoted Bill Clinton’s candidacy and showed their contempt for George H. W. Bush.

The liberal media politicized the deaths of at least 87 people in Florida by blaming the destruction of Hurricane Ian on one their favorite boogeyman — man-made climate change.

There’s a new right-wing bogeyman out there. He’s not all that different from previous reactionary monsters and, if you look closely, he’s not much different from the progressives who are wetting themselves over him.

On Friday's The 11th Hour show on MSNBC, frequent guest and contributor Eddie Glaude made an over the top metaphor comparing the passage of voter ID laws to white supremacists choking a baby with an umbilical cord -- an especially peculiar choice of words given that the liberal network has stridently supported the actual killing of unborn babies by Planned Parenthood.

When someone wants to complain about how our most respected news outlets once attempted to look “objective” but are now dwelling on performative activism, see Time magazine. See the splashy 10-page photo spread titled “We Aren’t Going Anywhere: The pain and pride of a generation changing how America sees gender.”

The Washington Post whined that the energy crisis isn’t “spurring a green revolution” while many Americans suffer from skyrocketing food and gas prices.

TIME celebrated the efforts of pro-abortion activists pressuring Big Tech companies to push abortion pills online in the wake of a leaked document indicating the U.S. Supreme Court could overturn Roe v. Wade.
