U.S. Navy, Oct. 1984 - Oct 2004. Survived the awful 8 Clinton years (bleah!). Spent time in Korea, Panama, Okinawa, Bosnia, and on board cruiser USS Shiloh and aircraft carrier USS Nimitz, went to the Persian Gulf aboard each of those. Retired from U.S. Navy October 31, 2004 after 20 years service.
Started a Master of Science in computer science degree program in spring semester of 2010 at University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
On 9/24/2010, started a new job as an office administrative assistant for SERVPRO of Midland. Yes, I'm doing this while I work on my masters degree.
