Hate Radio: Mike Malloy Wishes Cardinal George and Rick Santorum Would Drink Hemlock and Die

By Tim Graham | January 14, 2012 | 14:00

Leftist talk radio host Mike Malloy never stops wishing for the death of conservatives. On January 6, he talked of "Sick Santorum," and said "I think he's Catholic, right? What you ought to do is call Francis Cardinal George out in Chicago and maybe you and he can get together for a cup of -- hemlock." He wants Santorum and Cardinal George to kill themselves.

On both January 6 and January 9, Malloy launched vicious broadsides against the Catholic Church. (On the 9th, he also said libertarians were perpetrators of violence.) He began on the 6th: "I hate to see an organization like the Catholic Church --  that has been one of the bloodiest, most suppressive, most oppressive, most violent organizations in the history of not just religion but of the entire human race try to claim victim status because a bunch of queers want to march a parade down the g*ddamn street! That's what drives me crazy!"

Run For Your Lives! Mike Malloy Sounds Alarm, 'Republicans Are Going to Murder All of Us'

By Jack Coleman | December 14, 2011 | 20:45

This is what happens when left wingers ignore another left winger with a microphone -- pathology.

Mike Malloy, a man so beyond the pale that he was fired by comparatively sane moonbats at the now-defunct Air America Radio, has again shown he's probably beyond redemption. (audio clip after page break)

Just Another Day of Vicious Left-Wing Talk Radio Hits on Gingrich

By Tim Graham | December 02, 2011 | 23:08

On Thursday, December 1, several left-wing radio talkers viciously attacked Newt Gingrich, the GOP front-runner. There is a special toxicity level they reach when talking of the former House speaker.

Take Randi Rhodes, who mocked his appearance: "He always looks like a corpse that was pulled out of a lake! Every time I watch CSI and they pull somebody out of the lake, I think, hey, is that Newt? No, it's this week's murder victim. He's bloated and a massive mutiliated middle aged flesh curtain hanging!" Then take Mike Malloy, who compared Newt to an ax murderer and railed against his bad breath:

Leftist Talker Mike Malloy Wants Florida Gov. Rick Scott Drowned In a 'Vat of Turkey Gravy'

By Tim Graham | November 30, 2011 | 16:51

Leftist radio talker Mike Malloy is really obsessed with executing conservatives. When the Navy SEALs shot Osama bin Laden, he asked when they would "drop in on George Bush," since he "was responsible for a lot more death, innocent death, than bin Laden."

On Tuesday, Malloy wished death on Thanksgiving for Florida Gov. Rick Scott. "And then this miserable son of a bitch has the audacity to go to a homeless shelter? It's a wonder somebody didn't hold his head down in a vat of turkey gravy until he stopped squiggling! He goes to a homeless shelter and talks about how he cares...? Mmm-hmm!"

Libtalker Malloy: Ann Coulter Is a 'Closeted Killer' Who'll Probably Enter 'Suicide Pact With Glenn Beck'

By Noel Sheppard | November 03, 2011 | 08:38

For those that have been wondering, crazed libtalker Mike Malloy is still on the radio, and in a post-Gabrielle Giffords world continues to make utterly disgraceful comments about conservatives with total impunity.

Wednesday was a fine example when he called author Ann Coulter a "closeted killer" and a "real murderess" who'll "probably enter into some kind of a suicide pact at some point with Glenn Beck" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

Liberal Radio's Randi Rhodes Finds 'Class Warfare' in Oakland Police Response

By Tim Graham | October 28, 2011 | 07:02

On Wednesday, liberal talk radio host Randi Rhodes found nothing wrong with Occupy Oakland protesters throwing rocks and bottles at police (and even Mother Jones confirms that). She seemed to ignore reality entirely, asking “If you conservatives are so against class warfare, why are the cops using warfare tactics against peaceful demonstrators?”

Some may have been peaceful, but the police didn’t fight back because the protesters were all “peaceful.” But Rhodes was on a roll: “Why warfare? Why rubber bullets or any kind of bullets? Why tear gas or any kind of gas? What is the justification for throwing these, uh, concussion bombs at women -- and children? I don't get it!”

Mike Malloy Takes D.C. Stage to Tell 'Corporate Thugs' to Er, Love Themselves

By Tim Graham | October 08, 2011 | 14:50

Leftist talk-radio screamer Mike Malloy brought his extreme rhetoric from the radio to an "Occupy" protest stage set up at Freedom Plaza in Washington, D.C. on Thursday. He took a couple of days off from the radio show so he could delight the crowd by telling the "corporate thugs" to "go f--- yourself."

His wife and producer Kathy blogged on the Malloy show website: "It’s not the Tea Party of the Left, if for no other reason than the members can spell and haven’t assembled to denigrate,  humiliate, or marginalize any socioeconomic or ethnic segment of society.  The Occupy Wall Street movement is also different from the games Teabaggers play in that it has mushroomed overnight to cities all over the country while receiving barely a mention in the press."

Toxic Radio Host Mike Malloy Haunted by Fear of Families Having Fun at Theme Parks

By Jack Coleman | June 08, 2011 | 18:05

Not surprising, considering this is the same fringe radical who wished Navy SEALS shot George W. Bush and not Osama bin Laden.

After the Orlando city council passed an ordinance that places restrictions on the group Food Not Bombs from feeding the homeless, followed by a legal battle between the city and group, radio host Mike Malloy did what left-wing logic dictates -- he bashed Christians.

Here's Malloy ranting about this during a recent radio broadcast (audio clip after page break) --

Hard-Left Radio Host Mike Malloy: When Will Navy SEALs Take Out Death-Dealing George W. Bush?

By Tim Graham | May 04, 2011 | 11:30

If any American with a patriotic pulse listened to the Mike Malloy radio show, they would have been shocked on Monday night when Malloy outrageously suggested that Navy SEALs should have shot former president George W. Bush, and not Osama bin Laden. (MP3 audio clip here.)

MIKE MALLOY: I have heard some commentators talk about the fact that, all the lives that have been lost in this war on terror, and now the summary execution of the person responsible. But as soon as I heard that, I thought, well, bin Laden really didn't have anything to do -- did he? -- with Iraq. And I think his only relationship with Afghanistan was geographical.

But Iraq -- all the death in Iraq was not caused by bin Laden. The death in Iraq was caused by George W. Bush. Five thousand Americans, tens of thousands permanently damaged and shot to pieces, a million Iraqis dead -- that wasn't bin Laden. That was George Bush. So when does Seal Unit 6, or whatever it's called, drop in on George Bush? Bush was responsible for a lot more death, innocent death, than bin Laden. Wasn't he, or am I wrong here?

Liberal Radio Talkers Take Polls on Japan

By Tim Graham | March 17, 2011 | 06:00

Several liberal talk-radio hosts are pandering to listeners by taking polls on just how despicable Republicans are in response to the horrifying disaster in Japan and the scary nuclear-power issues. The poll at Thom Hartmann's website asks:

Will the Republicans succeed in cutting Tsunami funds?

-- Yes! You gotta give tax breaks to millionaires and the money has to come from somewhere.
-- No! Even Tea Baggers want to be safe.

Surprisingly, at the time of this writing, 57 percent picked "No." A more predictable tilt came in the Ed Schultz radio show poll:

Mike Malloy Spews: Fox Is a 'Terrorist Organization' That 'Wants to Burn the Country Down'

By Tim Graham | February 26, 2011 | 22:25

For anyone who thinks liberals are calm and rational beings, free of bitterness and rage, we can always disprove that with the radio show of Mike Malloy. On Thursday, Malloy ranted and raved about the story that Fox News boss Roger Ailes is said to have told publisher Judith Regan to lie and conceal her affair with Bernard Kerik before federal investigators as Kerik was considered for the Cabinet. This was enough to send Malloy off the deep end:

Well, I would think it also would be that it would also be the basis of a criminal investigation against this lard-ass bastard -- Rupert Murdoch's anti -American terrorist broadcast organization!

From there, Malloy ranted not only against Ailes, but against Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly, who apparently are all anti-American terrorists:

Liberal Radio Talker Threatens Breitbart, Calls for Conservatives 'To Be Crushed ... Like a Cockroach'

By Jack Coleman | February 17, 2011 | 16:28

Yes, Virginia, there is someone in media more unhinged than Ed Schultz -- left-wing radio host Mike Malloy.

If you've heard of Malloy, most likely it's because of his bizarre, on-air fantasies of violence toward Dana Perino, Matt Drudge, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh, as described here with audio clips from Brian Maloney at The Radio Equalizer.

Malloy has decided to remind us again of his pathologies, this time issuing a veiled threat against new media impresario Andrew Breitbart (embedded audio clip, courtesy of Maloney, after page break) --

Al Sharpton Continues Politically Motivated Campaign to Censor Rush Limbaugh

By Lachlan Markay | February 02, 2011 | 08:45

Al Sharpton appeared on MSNBC's "The Ed Show" Monday night to once again demand that the federal government censor Rush Limbaugh. As he always does, Sharpton couched his clear political agenda in the language of racial righteousness. He cited Rush Limbaugh's satirical mocking of Chinese president Hu Jintao as evidence of "why we must have standards" for radio and television broadcasters.

Of course Sharpton isn't actually concerned about "civility" or "standards" for broadcasters. But this is a golden opportunity for him to advance his "silence Rush Limbaugh" campaign (video below the fold).

Hannity, Bozell Discuss Hate-filled Rhetoric From Lefties like Ed Schultz, Montel Williams That Media Have Ignored

By NB Staff | January 14, 2011 | 10:46

"Rush Limbaugh needs to choke to death on his own fat," deranged left-wing radio show host Mike Malloy hissed on his February 18, 2009 program.

Michele Bachmann should "slit [her] wrist!" Montel Williams told his Air America radio show audience in September 2009.

"We ought to rip [Dick Cheney's heart] out and kick it around and stuff it back in him," MSNBC's Ed Schultz blustered on his February 24, 2010 radio program.

Those are just three examples of left-wing hate that the mainstream media haven't denounced while accusing conservatives like Sarah Palin of engendering violence in the wake of the Rep. Gabrielle Giffords shooting.

"Have you ever heard any reporter... denounce these examples?" NewsBusters publisher Brent Bozell asked Fox News' Sean Hannity after watching the montage during last night's "Media Mash" segment on "Hannity."

Media Reality Check: While Media Indict Conservative Speech, Left’s Lunacy Is Ignored

By Rich Noyes | January 11, 2011 | 14:54

Three days after a mentally-deranged man — whose backyard in Arizona featured a bizarre shrine decorated with a human skull and rotted oranges — killed six people and severely wounded Democratic Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, the liberal media continue to cynically link Sarah Palin, the Tea Party and mainstream conservatives with the crime.

There is, of course, absolutely no evidence that “heated rhetoric” in any way motivated Jarred Loughner’s shooting spree, but the media’s repeated association of political speech with the attack suggests an attempt to exploit the tragedy to discredit mainstream conservatives by smearing them as somehow culpable.

Liberal Talkers Unglued: Ed Schultz Sneers Obama's 'Mr. Vanilla,' Mike Malloy Wants Him to Refuse to Run Again

By Tim Graham | November 07, 2010 | 06:49

As anyone should expect, liberal talk-radio hosts were not happy with the election returns, but they turned their anger on President Obama for his perfunctory pledges to work together with Republicans in the next two years. On Wednesday afternoon, Ed Schultz attacked him as “Mister Vanilla”:

Well, just what I thought. Mr. Vanilla, Barack Obama, flat and lame, olive branches coming out all over the place, can't we all just get along, I'm ready to work with you...This is Jimmy Carter on steroids! And then some! Generic. Vanilla. Non-combatant. No lines in the sand. I think it lacks leadership. I really, really do.

Schultz doesn't seem to have enough of a grasp of modern history to recall that President Carter couldn't even work with congressional Democrats, which is why he faced a primary challenge from Ted Kennedy in 1980. Schultz seems worried that Obama will be so agreeable he won't be re-electable:

Lib Talker Malloy: Karl Rove 'Traitorous Rat Bastard' Who 'Makes Deals with Demonic Forces'

By Ken Shepherd | October 14, 2010 | 14:34

The liberal media have had a field day with conservative Delaware Republican Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell saying years ago on "Politically Incorrect" that she had dabbled in witchcraft in high school.

But don't hold your breath for the mainstream media to call out leftist radio host Mike Malloy for insisting without any proof whatsoever that Karl Rove "makes deals with... demonic forces on this planet" and would, if he could, "make a deal with Osama bin Laden to attack the United States again" in order to "end Obama's presidency."

Here's the relevant excerpt from Malloy's October 13 radio program from four minutes into the first hour (MP3 audio here):

Mike Malloy: Glenn Beck is Trying to Get Obama Assassinated

By Noel Sheppard | October 13, 2010 | 09:50

Liberal talk radio host Mike Malloy on Monday said Fox News's Glenn Beck is trying to get Barack Obama assassinated.

In a lengthy segment dealing with revelations that the California man arrested in July - allegedly on his way to attack San Francisco offices of the American Civil Liberties Union and the Tides Foundation - was a fan of Beck's, Malloy accused the conservative host of being "a threat to America."

After bringing up another alleged Beck fan supposedly arrested in Michigan Monday "under suspicion of potential threats against President Barack Obama," Malloy raged, "Glenn Beck is trying to get people to assassinate the President of the United States and his family" (audio follows with partial transcript and commentary, h/t Pam Key):

Libtalker Mike Malloy Tells Liz Cheney 'Go Plan Your Father's Funeral'

By Noel Sheppard | September 25, 2010 | 11:22

As the Media Research Center reported last month, there are some truly sick, hate-mongering liberal radio hosts in America today, and one of the most disgusting is Mike Malloy.

On Friday, this vile miscreant with a microphone said on the air that Liz Cheney should be planning her father's funeral rather than offering her opinions to the American people.

This comes three months after Malloy told his listeners that he hoped former Vice President Dick Cheney would die in the hospital.

On this day, the subject was Liz's comment concerning a Barack Obama quote about America being able to absorb a terrorist attack referenced in Bob Woodward's new book (video follows with partial transcript and commentary, h/t Right Scoop):

Bozell Column: The Real Radio Hatemongers

By Brent Bozell | August 25, 2010 | 15:03

Last week, Dr. Laura Schlessinger announced on CNN that she was hanging up her headphones at the end of the year. If she could not exercise her freedom of speech, she said, she was not interested in the job.

Watchdogs on the left had pounced on a conversation she had with a black woman in which she proclaimed something that everyone with cable TV knows is true. The N-word is acceptable vernacular for black comedians on HBO, but it’s not something you can ever, ever say if you’re not black.

While making this point, Dr. Laura purposely said the N-word repeatedly during this proclamation, and that was all the Left needed to start contacting sponsors, suggesting they shouldn’t want their products associated with this viciously racist talk show. It didn’t matter that even liberal editorialists in The Washington Post declared that there was nothing at all racist in what the doctor said.

New MRC Report Exposes The Real Radio Hatemongers

By Rich Noyes | August 24, 2010 | 09:42

The so-called “news” media have spent much of the past two decades demonizing the rhetoric of conservative radio talk show hosts as mean-spirited, divisive or a menace to civil discourse. But these same journalists — who gleefully castigate Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and other conservatives — are silent about the vile and vicious rhetoric that spews from the Left’s leading radio talk show hosts.

Since late 2007, the Media Research Center has collected numerous examples of the outrageousness of left-wing radio hosts. And, unlike the Left — which attempted to smear Rush Limbaugh with phony quotes — readers can find an audio or video of every one of these quotes (46 in all) posted at our Web site: www.MRC.org.

MRC’s new report includes examples of over-the-top rhetoric from left-wing hosts Mike Malloy, Stephanie Miller, Randi Rhodes, Ron Reagan, Jr., Ed Schultz and Montel Williams, all of whom currently or at one time broadcast to a national audience on either the Air America network or via XM and/or Sirius satellite radio. A few of the choicer examples:

That Wacky Left: Mike Malloy Says 'Murdoch Is a Nazi,' Every Employee 'a Potential Murderer'

By Tim Graham | July 25, 2010 | 06:11

While the "gatekeepers" of the "mainstream media" worry about the recklessness of conservative bloggers in the wake of the Shirley Sherrod speech, one easy rebuttal is the recklessness of liberal talk radio. Wild-eyed Mike Malloy was at it again Wednesday, suggesting Fox owner Rupert Murdoch is a "Nazi," and every Murdoch employee is a "potential murderer." They should be beaten violently:

Murdoch is a Nazi; Murdoch is a Nazi! And everyone that works for him is a potential murderer! Do you not -- do you not get that? Why does anybody in this administration pay any attention whatsoever to anything these people say? They shouldn't be listened to; they should be dragged into the street and pummeled! And I'd be very happy to be the first person to do it.

Malloy also trumped the Ed Schultz Netroots line that it's too bad Glenn Beck thinks he's going blind so he won't see the country he's destroying. Malloy hoped Beck goes blind, and Limbaugh goes deaf, and Dick Cheney dies. There is a "huge" number of racist white people in America:

Lib Talker Malloy Happy Cheney's In Hospital, Hopes 'Miserable Bastard' Dies

By Noel Sheppard | June 28, 2010 | 18:35

Is there any limit to the hatred liberal talk radio host Mike Malloy is willing to express on the air about conservatives?

Have we as a nation really degraded to a point that it's acceptable to verbalize over the airwaves one's hope that a fellow American dies?

Such questions naturally arise when one hears the kind of unhinged invective that came out of Malloy's mouth on Friday after it was announced that former Vice President Dick Cheney was back in the hospital with heart troubles.

As a courtesy to our readers, the audio and partial transcript of this abomination have been intentionally placed after the break due to the despicable nature of their content (h/t Radio Equalizer):

Mike Malloy: Rush Limbaugh Is a 'Filthy, Disgusting Subhuman' Who Wants Poor Kids to Starve to Death

By Tim Graham | June 19, 2010 | 06:24

On Thursday, leftist radio talk-show host Mike Malloy launched into another of his purple-raced rants about Rush Limbaugh. He warmed up by attacking Rep. Joe Barton's apology to BP, and how Barton is a "filthy subhuman" and Republicans are "snorting, groveling filthy pigs." What set him off about Limbaugh was the conservative host mocking the notion that children won't eat over the summer without school breakfast or lunch programs, as if parents don't feed children in the summer months. Malloy was unleashed:

Of course, for some reason, he, uh -- this filthy, disgusting subhuman -- who never has any trouble eating -- I'm sure you're aware of that from watching this gluttonous blob of goo bounce around on his TV screen. But his ability to denigrate kids. Here we have, how many million unemployed? Not like Limbaugh; Limbaugh, who gets paid $25 million, 50 million a year to be a lying shill, a scum-sucking piece of human waste for corporate America. Millions of people unemployed with kids, losing everything; and this disgusting lard just - Oh man, when the lights go out I get this guy! I swear to God I do!

After implying he would pound on (or shoot?) Rush, he insisted Limbaugh wants children to starve (and they flatter their listeners as "Truthseekers," as if that's what they're getting from Malloy):

HuffPo Columnist Can't Recall Any Vitriol From the Left

By Lachlan Markay | June 08, 2010 | 12:18

An emerging defense of Helen Thomas's "Jews go home" comment is that either what she said really was not that bad, or that others occasionally say worse things without the same level of reproach.

Richard Greener, writing at the Huffington Post on Monday, was so close to making a good point. He noted that a number of other public figures have said things that could reasonably be interpreted as more offensive than Helen Thomas's comment, and have not been forced into retirement.

Though Greener neglected to note the higher standard to which White House correspondents are inevitably held, his credibility was instantly reduced to ashes when the only example of vitriol from the left he could come up with was Keith Olbermann saying Sarah Palin is "an idiot." And he even followed it up with a pathetic attempt to satiate his readership's intense hatred for Palin (and Olby affection) by noting that "perhaps truth is an absolute defense."

Unhinged: Lib Talker Malloy Calls Bachmann Glenn Beck’s 'Whore,' 'Streetwalker' and a 'Crazy Bitch'

By Jeff Poor | June 04, 2010 | 15:37

This probably didn't make the cut for Chris Matthews' upcoming special, "Rise of the New Right," just for comparison purposes when it comes to angry conservatives versus their counterparts on the left. However, this could qualify for hateful speech.

Left-wing bomb-thrower and syndicated radio host Mike Malloy, made some angry remarks on his June 3 program about stalwart conservative Minnesota congresswoman, Michele Bachmann. Bachmann has been critical of the Obama administration's response to the Gulf Coast/BP oil spill and thus angered Malloy, who labeled Fox News host Glenn Beck as Bachmann's "pimp."

"Glennnnn, Glennnnnn, Glenn Beck, one of, one of your streetwalkers has wandered way off the reservation," Malloy said. "Glenn! Glenn! Michele Bachmann! Oh never mind. Glenn is the hypocrite who criticized the journalists for invading the privacy of Sarah Palin's kid and then two days later, going on a 20-minute screed mocking 11-year old, Malia Obama."

The Attorney General vs. BP: Little Skepticism on ABC & NBC, While Lefty Talker Blasts Holder As 'Corporatist' Phony

By Rich Noyes | June 03, 2010 | 14:35

The American lawyers who flock to Guantanamo Bay to represent captured terrorists are simply fulfilling their duty to provide representation, it is often argued by those who seem to enjoy mucking up efforts to curtail future terrorism. But once representing the American beverage giant Coca Cola makes Attorney General Eric Holder a “corporatist” who’s going to “do the Devil’s work” and only “pretend” to go tough on BP after the oil spill, lefty talk radio host Mike Malloy (a onetime CNN news writer) argued Wednesday night. (Audio here.)
I guess you know this by now, the, uh, Justice Department under Eric Holder who defended, uh, was it Coca-Cola, against murder charges in, uh, South America? Good old Eric Holder, another corporatist, who, uh, is going to do the Devil’s work now and pretend that he is conducting a criminal investigation into the events that led to the oil gush?
For their part, the big three network evening newscasts reported Holder’s announcement of a “criminal investigation” against BP during their Tuesday night broadcasts, but only CBS’s Chip Reid struck what could be called a skeptical note about the Obama administration’s motives in publicly touting the investigation after a week of criticism about the federal government’s less-than-effective handling of the matter.

Bozell Column: Preposterous Bill Press

By Brent Bozell | May 25, 2010 | 21:45

Radio talk-show host Bill Press is the tiniest of fish in the radio ocean, but this minnow’s all over the place complaining about the whales. The problem is, of course, that if the market is any kind of measurement, no one knows, or cares, that he’s written a book. So he’s written a column to self-tout “Toxic Talk: How the Radical Right Has Poisoned America’s Airwaves.”

Press writes about the good ol’ days of civil discourse, but “that's not what we hear nonstop today.” And who’s to blame? “Honest disagreement on the issues has been replaced by a barrage of ugly name-calling from today's ministers of hate on the right.”

OK, then let’s see the evidence. But first, let’s dispense with the Michael Savage examples, shall we? Press cites this phony as screaming to a gay activist, “You should get AIDS and die, you pig!” That is true, but Press doesn’t tell you that a) that was not on his radio show; it was on MSNBC, and b) Savage was loudly condemned by conservatives (like yours truly), and MSNBC was congratulated when he was fired, though some of us also pointed out that MSNBC should never have hired this bigot in the first place. That example is evidence Press is doing a clip job, not a research project.

Liberal Bomb Thrower: Rep. Michele Bachmann a 'Phony-Ass Broad,' 'Skank'

By Jeff Poor | May 19, 2010 | 14:06

Say something quasi-outrageous about a Democratic public official and it gets wall-to-wall coverage on MSNBC - just ask Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck. But go on misogynistic tirade about a Republican public official and no one notices.

So goes liberal talker and bomb thrower Mike Malloy. Malloy, with a long history of making malicious remarks to belittle conservatives, this time went after Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn. on his May 17 show. He cited an article from the Minnesota Independent, a publication that has dedicated itself to fulfilling an agenda against Bachmann, to make this loose claim that Bachmann was a hypocrite for accepting government money while being against ObamaCare.

"You know Michelle Bachmann, this fruitcake from - no, that gives fruitcakes a bad name - this half-ass, this half-wit; this jerk-ward from Minnesota, Michele Bachmann; The Minnesota Independent has found that Bachmann and Associates Inc., a Christian mental-health clinic, founded and run by her husband Marcus Bachmann, has taken in nearly $30,000 in funding from the Minnesota state government since 2007. Now this is the same Bachmann screwball who has been screeching about any form of public health insurance plans - calling such ideas socialized medicine, except when it's her turn to step up to the trough."
