The Clinton Election Team
July 18, 2007 - 20:19 ET by Free StinkerThe Clinton Election Team will crush Obama.
Hillary put up will Bill's Drug use, Adultary, etc. etc. so she could be in power too. She won't give up without a fight.

July 19, 2007 - 22:25 ET by BlondeBruce,
I've been predicting a Hillary meltdown for a while.
She's just too tightly wrapped around the axle. Even her "spontanaety" is a pitiful pose. Not to mention her multiple accents. Sheesh!
The first time she's really pressed on an issue and asked some difficult questions, instead of the softballs she always gets...she's going to lose it and melt down a la the Wicked Witch of the North.
I just hope I catch it live.

Indeed the hilda-melt will be wonderful if it is caught on tape.

It's annoying as all get out! I can see that there's a message there....I just can't access it to read it.
As for the Clinton meltdown....I cannot wait. I think we need to start a pool.

It's REALLY hard to bet
July 19, 2007 - 23:05 ET by mulerider24It's REALLY hard to bet against a pure politician like Clinton. This pre-season stuff is not her strong suit - her non-committal, low substance campaign is built for the playoffs. Once the field narrows, Mark Penn will reign her back in.
However, I do think Obama will be a worthy adversary and has the fresher brand to market. Unlike Hillary, his smile appears genuine and unforced; he is a strong orator that needs no "tweaking" when pandering to a particular audience; and much like Bush in 2000, he doesn't carry a lot of baggage into the campaign.
But it will be great theatre to watch each one compete for the crown of "Most Liberal," only to pull a 180 to rebrand themselves as the "Most Moderate" after the nomination.

July 19, 2007 - 23:12 ET by BlondeCogent points, mulerider.
But Obama strikes me as an empty suit....he's fresh...but not really there, there.
Weighing them both, however, I believe Obama is much less dangerous than Hillary Clinton. The woman is pure avaricious, self-aggrandizing, power-hungry, and a B**** to boot. Every time I hear her speak it raises the hackles on my neck. I suppose I'm one of those whom the media describe as a Hillary Hater. And they would be correct.
I can't wait for her to flame out. And I still believe she will. She's TOO everything...scripted, controlled, focused, liberal, nasty, etc., etc.
I obviously can't disagree
July 19, 2007 - 23:30 ET by mulerider24I obviously can't disagree and happen to concur with your adjective use. I have a feeling that 99% of eligble voters have already rendered judgement on whether they could vote for Hillary or not. The remaining 1% are currently crossing the border.

He's still an empty suit.
And once the media fascination ends...he'll be exposed as such.
A "pretty boy" (BTW....that's not my opinion....I think he looks kind of intrinsically and basically stupid...but I guess that's because I hear what comes out of his mouth).
He'll blow it hugely in a debate, once there are "real" questions asked and he must respond with more than a talking point. As I said before, there is no "there, there".

Obama "Big ears" Husein" wins in my book
July 20, 2007 - 12:58 ET by Six String SpiffI would personally choose Obama over the "Hillster" (I refuse to call her by a female name, as I don't belive she is even HUMAN, nevermind a female one.) We all know what it (hillster) is cabable of, and what she WANTS. Obama is running because he is young (uggg what a STUPID reason to vote for somebody... My mom did it for Bill though) BLACK, BLACK, and BLACK. Thats IT. To me he does not pose as much of a threat as "it" because he is just a sheet flapping in the wind right now with zero guidence. He wouldn't know how get something done if he wanted to. However, I also believe his smiles genuine, and his personality is above trash can status. Unlike the Hillster, who is the phoniest of the phony. I'd rather have a honest (hopefully) Democrat (Does not compute... syntax error.. shutting down........

I believe Rudy is going to Win anyway, so it really doesn't matter to me. It was fun to compare the two. Hillster will implode on the first real question fired at her. Once everybody hears her screaming "VRWC!!" they will clonk themselves on the head and ask "what the hell was I thinkning?!"
What the MSSM doesn't report can kill you.

Either one or both together is okay with me...neither one will ever be President...one already has anyway.
Obama has "some" chance.
July 19, 2007 - 23:51 ET by Dave RI voted that Obama has some chance, but that chance will depend mainly on the skills of those running his campaign.
Let's face it, the Clinton campaign goons are pollished pros, but they aren't totally infallible. The Hildebeast is carrying a huge amount of baggage, probably more than any presidential candidate in the history of our republic.
If exploited correctly, this could work to the advantage of her opponents. After all, she has a lot of opposition among many democrats, even the two moderates who might be left in the entire democrat establishment (I don't know if there actually are two moderates left in that collection of misfits, kooks and malcontents that calls itself a political party-I am just being kind here).
If Obama's people are even half-assed competent, they will deftly exploit her inherent weaknesses at just the right times.
Should they fail to do so, Barack Hussein Obama will be yesterday's news, three days before it even happens.
Help Fred defeat the RINOs, along with the Hitllary-Obama Axis, & win the White House in '08.

July 19, 2007 - 07:48 ET by sarcasmoIt's very early, and Democrats know that Hillary motivates the Republican base much more than any other candidate. Much as they may love the Clintons, they want power, and for the pragmatic ones that means the guy without baggage (or even Richardson) has more chance than Hillary. Besides, they've been quiet for a long time -- especially compared to Bill's bimbos -- but aren't we assuming there will be no well-timed "lesbo eruption"?

Obama's Chances
July 19, 2007 - 09:22 ET by River CityObama has no chance to win the nomination against Hillary. What she and her team can't dig up to use against him they will make up. If that doesn't work they will work out a deal behind the scenes for some sort of deal and payoff, like with Vilsack.
Some say they see a Hillary/Obama ticket. I don't think she can stand the limelight shining on his rising star that much. I don't know if that will be the reality after people get to know him but that may be her perception.

July 19, 2007 - 16:48 ET by Lame CherryIn knowing past history, it seems when people get too in the way of the globalist candidates that their planes start crashing.
Isn't it amazing not one US officer in the military to one government official has died since the Clintons left office.
Obama gets too popular and past history indicates a plane crash follows
