When I first joined up at NB, one of the main reasons was because the community mostly posted good posts, bleeped out with %$@#$%@ their use of language, and were interested in discussions, comments and debates.
Ever since the changeover to NB2 I have noticed that some use of language has been going down hill. I don't want to sound like a prude, or to be to picky, but I would like the moderators to call out some of the worse offenses.
Before, dropping the F bomb was grounds for almost immediate banishment. Now it seems to just slip on through ho hum.
I know it's hard for the powers that be to monitor all the posts so I thought I would make a forum for posters to put links to offenses that we would like the awesome contributors to be the judge of.
Some of the words that I have seen all lot more often that are just thrown out hunky dory...
The F bomb
D0#$#ebag
c**t
@$$clown
Seriously, if you can't get your point across without using terms like that, then what you post isn't worth pixels it uses up.
