Add a like and dislike button to comments.

I think adding a like and dislike button(as well, obviously as counters for clicks)  to the comments already made by other users on a topic is a great idea.  It works great on FoxNation website.  I think it's nice to be able to see which comments are popular and which are not so much. 

Is there any chance of adding these two buttons anytime soon?
