No, I don't think Hunter has a bad public presence (see his vid on the border), the MSM hate him because he actually built the border fence in his state and he would be Reagan all over again, so they prefer to ignore him.

The GOP could split between Fred and Giliuani, but I don't think those two would do that to the party. One would step down.
I have a feeling, in the end, the GOP will go with either Fred or Mike because they cannot afford to lose the religious right. Thus Ron Paul will be up a creek with no paddle.

The way to beat Hillary is with a candidate that runs perpendicular not parallel to Hillary's positions. That rules out Rudy and Romney. Both liberals trying to shed their pasts. Hillary has already kicked Rudy's @ss in his own state for the senate seat she now holds. If he can't beat her in his own state why should anybody believe he would beat her nationally?
