In retrospect, I should have chose President Bush. I chose religious folks. I don't think they are scared of us religious folks, I do think they loathe us. They can not, and never will understand us.

If they feared becoming obsolete, why would they continue doing what is
making them obsolete? Is it a self-destructive addiction (thank you
pop-psyche)? Their numbers and popularity dwindle, and still they
continue.
You mistake the liberal position as a that of a rational one. It is not.
Liberals today are religious, just not regarding anything conventional such as a diety. No, they take certain things on faith. Those things include....

Taking money from someone who has worked hard to earn it, then giving it to someone who has not does not impact the economy.
The US military is simply evil in all respects, unless it is serving as a meals on wheels service for the third world.

Well, it can't be they're worried about becoming obsolete, these people believe they're the top of the heap and an indepensible part of everyone's life. Global warming? Nah, they believe that, if they do their part, Al Gore will save the planet so don't look for any news from anyone that doesn't believe like Gore. Non-Lib erals who are religious? They can't be scared of them there are just too many of them around, if that scared them, they'd never leave the house. That only leaves GWB and he does scare them. They can't figure out how he won 2 elections, he's still in office, and "their" Congress hasn't been able to do anything. They're afraid that, somehow, he will be able to pull off the next election where their beloved Barak (or Hillary) just won't make it. They're doing everything, in their power, to make sure that doesn't happen, but it's BDS driving them to it.
From the Liberal's point of view I had to choose conservative religious-types, but I almost voted 'becoming obsolete'. Thing is if they feared that, they would blame it on conservative religious-types and would'nt chalk it up to fear.
Liberals fear conservatives as darkness fears light.
1. I ruled out Bush because he's leaving soon. Not so scary.
2. I ruled out religious non-liberals because of the PC thing toward Muslims and such. I think its really a mixed bag in the MSM. Sketchy.
3. I didn't think liberal Journalists believed they were becoming obsolete.
