I'm leaving Chitown in Sept for Moorseville NC. I've been here 7 years to long.

Funny thing you mention Mooresville. I actually know where that is and have been there many times. I went to College in Davidson, NC, just South of Mooresville. My best friend in College was from there. It is a pretty cool and quaint town.

NC Piemont

Currently reside in Cornelius. I was also a transfer from the Chicagoland (Rockford). The weather alone is reason enought to move. You will not be disappointed.

NC Piemont- Pregressively better weather

I went to school at RIT in Rochester NY, buuurrrr. We moved to Chicago and the weather got a little better. Now NC and we know it's going to get allot better. I'm hearing you loud and clear. It will nice to have an NB NC neighbor! I just joined NB after reading for two months it's great feeling to be part of NB community. Good things are on the horizon.

Cornelius looks like a nice area. NC Piemont, I'm sure we will cross paths again. I'll be looking out for you in future posts.

Davidson College

I drow past Davidson when I was down there last, cute area. My dad works for Penske Racing in Moorseville and they live in Huntersville. It's a nice area. my wife and I are having our first child and we are looking forward to being closer to family.

Have to admit though, went to a number of Cubs games, and only a few White Sox.  Wrigley Field was a fun place to go, for us just a short trip down the "L".  Comiskey Park on the otherhand was in a pretty rough neighborhood.

Sorry, but you're still most definitely in the northeast. South Jersey is no more like Georgia than Ohio is like Idaho.

I work with people from Delaware who try to tell me that their southerners, but that's laughable. Pretty much anything from the Washington, DC area northward ends up being defined as the northeast (if Mid Atlantic is not available).
