Had to vote 'nothing' on this one

Firing him is what Barry would do. Fining him is what Congress would do. Suspending him is what MLB would do. Nothing is what the free market would do.

'Other' is another viable choice- that's what Sarah Palin did.

I agree.

I agree.

That's Letterman

Let's face it,  Letterman's audience hates Bush/Palin/conservatives/Republicans, and that is why Letterman panders to them. He is in a major ratings battle with Conan now... and willing to pull out all the stops. Probably 90% of the people that visit this site do not watch him, I have NEVER been able to watch his show, the word SMARMY had to have been created just for this guy. He came out to AMR Eagle at JFK to be a "flight attendant" for one of his skits on his show, and I have flown a LOT of celebreties, and this guy was a walking turd.  There will always be a bias, there will always be more dim bulbs to fill his audience than thinkers that find something constructive to do with their time. The mindless masses will need lowbrow humor and entertainment, so there will always be a place for an "entertainer" of his ilk. He is essentially an electronic nanny to those that are challenged by the most simple of lifes decisions, the same 54% that elected Obama Bin Lyin.

Voted 'other'. Just don't

Voted 'other'.

Just don't watch the guy.

One of the 34% who thinks George W. Bush was a great President. One of the 61% who wants to bring back the stock and pillory (yep...approval for Congress now at 39%...do you believe that!?).

exactly what I said

You took the words right out of my mouth. Let the free market decide his fate.

"I knew Reagan was great when I was only eight".-me

The free market is dead

The free market is dead (witness: Olbermann). That's what has happened to our country - we conservatives have stood back to let the people and capitalistic principles decide, and the left has changed the rules of the game while we waited. The free market is populated by a huge herd of sheeple now - they do as they are told,so long as they get their plasma TVs and their I-Pods. The masses have turned into a bunch of zombies who are incapable of making decisions for themselves.

That's how Obeyme got elected. That's how our "free media" got hijacked, that's how our universities got infiltrated. We have to stop it NOW!

Luckily, we are smarter than the lefties. We can play catch-up quick, but we have got to start playing by the new rules before we can (hopefully) get back to the old ones.  We need to scream louder than the left has ever been able to at injustices. We need tio make our voices heard, and we need to DEMAND that jackasses like Letterman take the same punishment that a conservative would for making a sick joke about a liberal's kid.

We can't afford to "do the right thing" now. The stakes are too high, and we are on a very slippery slope.

"I would rather be historically accurate than politically correct" ~ My husband's T-Shirt

Mazzi Your King

Totally and absolutely 1000% agree with you.  I've been saying the same thing for a long long time but has fallen on deaf ears.  Conservatives have always taken the high moral ground and the country has suffered dearly for it.  The silent majority has remained silent for too long.  Awaken consevatives and fight this..the enemy is on the doorstep and going back to sleep is not an option.

The free market is dead?

I just think forcing an apology is meaningless...or firing him just so the network can hire a newer David Letterman...it just means you out bullied the bully, and your no different from the gay activists who went after the prop 8 supporters.

How to fight?  Expose dave letterman for he is...a bitter old man who drinks the democrat kool aid.  Spread the word.  Enough disgusted people will turn him off and go somewhere else.

I for one am grateful of David Letterman, because its one more opportunity to expose how swarmy and vile the left has become, and its another opportunity that made Sarah Palin shine.  I don't want to get rid of David Letterman, I want him to be the Poster child, along with bitter lady Pelosi, corrupt Reid and the lot.

I respect your opinion, and

I respect your opinion, and I agree with your in theory, but this is not about theory. These koolaid drinkers don't GET the nuances of what is happening. Most of them were barely aware of the brouhaha at all, until Letterman's *cough* apology *cough*. They guffawed at his "joke", and then were puzzled by the "apology", because they really have no idea.

We are not dealing with intelligent thoughtful people here. The critical thinking skills have been "taught" right out of them by out government run public schools for the last 30-some years. remember, these are the the same people who can tell you who won some Idol show last season, but have no frigging clue who Nancy Pelosi is. Or their own Senators.

Letterman is a conduit of left thinking to these zombies, which is fine (although irritating). He crossed the line, so he SHOULD be punished. He had the opportunity to punish himself with a real apology, and shunned it. So now he should be held accountable for his comments.

But more importantly - the left has created new rules. The rules are unsportsmanlike and distasteful, but by refusing to adapt to the new rules, they are pushing us off the field. We not only are losing our ability to win, but even to play. At some point, we will all be standing around saying "we may have lost, but we lost gracefully". That's where the analogy ends - because this is NOT a game. This is our childrens lives and the future of our very country. If we don't start playing by the new rules, we will lose big.

"I would rather be historically accurate than politically correct" ~ My husband's T-Shirt

Sheeple - great stuff -

Sheeple - great stuff - ipods and plasma TV's - you are not kidding about that with regards to the lemmings out there.

Letterman - haven't watched him in years and don't care what he says, but you are right - time to play by the lefty rules and defeat them at their own game.

Freedom of Speech and all that

If you don't like him turn him off.

However I think that Sarah owes this over the hill monologist a good bitch slapping.

"Don't let the bastards grind you down

Freedom of Speech Has to Work Both Ways . . .

. . . . for it to be of any worth.

But your 'Beeotch Slap' idea put a great visual in my head.
Imagine - Governor Palin agrees to do the show.  When she is introduced she comes striding out confidently and with a purpose.  Dave arises to greet her and shake her hand.  She hauls off and slugs the crap out of the 'Girly Boy', taking him out with one punch. She twirls around and walks off stage.

End scene.  Hilarity ensues.

When and Why Did Dave Letterman Become the Leader of the Democra

Maybe conservative shows, for a few months, should have long discussions on the question:  "When and Why Did Dave Letterman Become the Leader of the Democrat Party?"

WTF

Why is Palin getting into this stupid celebrity feud

 Tony.....  Are you

 Tony.....

 Are you serious?

You got kids?

Let someone on national TV talk about one of them being raped by a baseball player one night, then call her a whore the next, and lets see how you like it!

Governor Palin has been very classy in this deal. In fact, she was on both the Today Show as well as CNN to discuss one of the most game changing energy projects in our lifetimes. The Trans-Canada pipeline.

Of course Lauer wouldn't let her talk about it, but to Blitzer's credit (man it pains me to give CNN credit) he discussed real world issues with the Governor.

How many of you think Letterman would not already be in a cell at  Guantanamo Bay right now if he had made the exact same"jokes" about (to quote Sarah) "The Candidate who must be obeyed('s)" two kids?

The left would be calling for the death penalty!

Letterman should be fired.

Folks, here is the bottom line. We are at WAR.

We always talk about the "9/10 mentality"  We talk about how on September the 10th, 2001 we failed to see that radical Islam was truly at war with us.

Oh, we realized there were "incidents". Battles, if you will. But we just kinda accepted them, and moved on. Then came September 11th. That beautiful Tuesday moring was destroyed by the most vicious attack ever on American soil. We realized we were at war.

As for the culture war, we need to stop having a 6/7 mentality.  By that I mean June 7, 2009.

We have been fighting many battles in this war, for a long time, but we have never REALLY treated it as a war. The left wing HAS!

Look at what they have done to Carrie Prejean, for simply believing the same way most Americans, including the President do, about gay marriage.

And what about the Playboy blog where the liberal writer talked about "hate ****ing" beautiful conservative women like Megyn Kelly and Michelle Bachmann. THAT should have set the world on fire in lib land, but nothing much was done.

Then came Monday night, June 8, 2008.

That was the night David Letterman really attacked all women, and decent human beings.

Even better, Letterman followed it up the next night. And the next (with his BS "apology") Even Al Quaeda wasn't able to strike America again after 9/11!

This needs to be the line in the sand. The final straw.

If we allow the left to continually get away with this stuff, we will lose America forever.

This isn't about Sarah anymore. This is about everything that is good, and right, and decent in America vs all that is evil, nasty, and vile in America.

The left represents everything that is evil, nasty and vile. And right now they are winning. They are winning because we aren't even fighting!

Sarah Palin is our symbol. She is our rock. If she is not worth fighting to the death for, then what is?

But remember, we aren't JUST fighting for Sarah, we are fighting for everything we hold near and dear. We are fighting for America!

Obama and his thugs, including slime like Letterman are destroying America  at warp speed. We have no choice but to fight back with all we have. We must fight with everything we have. We must never, ever let up for one second. Never, ever!

We either destroy them, or they will destroy us. It's just that simple.

Stop having a 6/7 mentality!

With that in mind, the folks over at the Fire David Letterman website have organized a protest for Monday that will take place at the Ed Sullivan theater  during the live taping of David's show. If you live near NYC, go support them!

I'm With You

I'm with you Gary P., we are at War. We have to ATTACK the media and force them back to fair, balanced, and honest reporting, commentary and programing. The only way to force them back to what is right and decent is to make them pay a personal price for trying to destroy what the USA used to stand for. We must make the individuals pay and we must make the corporations pay, that includes the major nets and their sponsors, to the point the talking heads are fired and the layoffs are so heavy in the corporate media that to get viewers back, thus advertisers, they are forced to deliver a decent product.

He who controls the information and the message controls the debate, he who controls the debate, wins.

When the people fear the government it's called tyranny, when the government fears the people it's called liberty!

Ridiculous solution

Tony, this is a ridiculous statement. I already don't EVER watch Letterman and never would. He's a turd. I also never watched Imus, because I found him stupid. But even after profuse, legitimate apologies, Imus was dumped in response to the ever-whining libtards' wailing. They wouldn't shut up until he was gone.

This is the whole point. Conservatives sit back and take this crap, not pursuing any serious solution to the issue. Liberals scream and holler, proving over and over the theory of the squeaky wheel. Letterman's "apology" was no apology at all; it was another opportunity to repeat the slam at Palin, get another laugh, and minimize the seriousness of his saying he's "sorry." I, for one, am sick of the hypocrisy. The liberals will shout our objections down with the aid of the brown-shirted media, and eventually we'll have to shut up about it. Nothing will be done because we'll be made to look the fools, and our own members will soon be trying to hush us up.

Hi backwards shawn....  musta bee busy elsewhere heh?

oh yeah...bzzzzzzzzz bzzzzzzzz bzzzzz

I'm sorry to disagree my

I'm sorry to disagree my friend, but this is not even remotely political correctness.  PC is when you can't call a black person black.  When you make comments about a minor being raped, you deserve to have the hammer brought down on you hard.  I would agree with the same sentiment if this were done to Chelsea Clinton or any of the Obama children.  I'm sure the smarmy libtards now defending Letterman would be the first to cry foul if the situation were reversed.  Speaking of Baby boy, where is he in all of this?  I thought he said during the campaign that family should be off limits.  I guess since the campaign is over the Dear Leader is reneging on his sentiments.  Can I say "reneging" or is that not PC?  lol

When the people fear the government it's called tyranny, when the government fears the people it's called liberty!

Depends

"PC is when you can't call a black person black."

That would depend on your politics, now wouldn't it?

http://newsbusters.o...

Maybe in your mind it's

Maybe in your mind it's that simply stated but in reality it's not poilitical at all.  It has become political hence the term political correctness.  So why not call white people European American?  All white people do come from some region in Europe.

When the people fear the government it's called tyranny, when the government fears the people it's called liberty!

Not really

When a person coins a bombastic phrase like " I want him to fail" its politically incorrect in his fans eyes to say its irresponsible. Its logically in bounds as it affects a leaderless country, a floundering country. I want neither, and Gingrich wants neither. But to Limbaugh fans, calling his coined bombastic phrase, irresponsible, is politically incorrect. You're a rabel-rouser, you're unclean in dittoland. It does depend on your politics what is PC.

No - 99% of the hatred for

No - 99% of the hatred for you is because you are a whiny jerk who simply wants to argue with everyone about everything.

Common sense would tell you that Rush has got to be right about at least half of what he says. He cites his sources and can back up his facts. He then applies his own interpretation to the things that he has evidence of. Again, common sense would say that he is probably right more often than not, because he connects the dots. He doesn't just spout out his "feelings", he has ample evidence to support his ideas. Now you - a little peon on a message board, want to argue with every word that Rush says. You don't document what you say, you don't connect the dots - you just chant the "Rush is wrong" or "Rush is an idiot" mantra. That holds no weight among thinkers, and this site is rather full of thinkers.

I bet a buck if we did a survey of this audience, every single person who likes and listens to Rush would say that they DISAGREE with him on one or more topics. I would say that myself. But when I disagree with him, I can tell you why, and it's not just because "he is a jerk".

First of all, that comment

First of all, that comment was made by a columnist in one of your beloved liberal media outlets, the Times.  If you actually did some research you may not openly look uneducated.  Secondly, Rush actually disparaged the columnist for writing to make a point of a double standard that McCain didn't get in the same right.  Again, a stupid libtard losing another argument over being lazy.  PC is calling a stupid jerkoff like yourself a stupid jerkoff.  PC would be me having to say that you are mentally challenged instead, which is accurate by all accounts.  Condoning rape of a 14 year old girl is not PC, it's sick.  So defending Letterman shows how morally "rediculouse" and inept you truly are.

I am not going to do this anymore for anyone.  I believe we have been way too nice for way too long.  Letterman! If I were the father of Sarah Palin's children I would call you out as the coward that you are. I am calling you out as a person with daughters and granddaughters, a mother, a sister, a wife and many other women in his life who truly believes you are a cowardly misogynist. You hear that Dave?  Fire the damn creep now CBS if you respect women.

The Bar Stool Test

I've already done my part. I pre-boycotted this creepy old man years ago. Anyone who says this old coot is funny is just pretending to get his "humor". He never was very funny - just really strange and in the last few years, alarmingly so - and nasty. If I was sitting next to Letterman while he was performing his schtick on a bar stool, I'd move all the way down to the other end of the bar - if not saying, "Tab, please!"..

Gov. Palin has said her peace, and should not say any more. I think she won this fight, and commenting further would look like piling on. Letterman should keep his job; he would become a leftist martyr like Bill Maher if he were fired.

By endorsing this form of censorship, we are leaving ourselves vulnerable to even more censorship of conservatives in the media.

If Sarah Palin had a clue she would jump on a plane with Willow and go on Letterman's show and have him apologize to Willow there.

Letterman would do it.  First of all it would THE ratings bonananza of the year.

Second it would allow Sarah Palin to get above the fray instead of this bizarre morning show she did.

Third Letterman is slowly but surely winning this argument.  He will always have the last word.

Fourth it allows her to take the high road in front of millions of people.

Fifth there is no way Letterman would be cruel or nasty with Willow there.

Conservatives have been

Conservatives have been doing this for quite some time and looking very weak in the process.  I say let him squirm a bit.  Palin is one of the commissioners of the big league, so no need to be just a player.  Remember, Palin is the ratings guru just by being somewhere.  Letterman is a burnt out old man who has been making snide, desperate remarks about children to get ratings.

I refuse to accept your premise that such despicable treatment 'goes with the territory'...especially so far as it involves persons like Letterman who are nominally expected to observe some standards of common decency.

This is similar to the treatment of Carrie Prejean.

History will remember Carrie as an honest and courageous young woman who knew she was almost certainly throwing away the pageant.

That human jackal, Perez Hilton, who posed that loaded question, however, will be remembered if at all as nothing more than a scumbag.

Hey fitzfong,

While I really agree with your premise where and when do we get to show our outrage concerning liberal intolerance?

Just a question.

pahuber

One of the great challenges

One of the great challenges when it comes to solving problems through the market is that you have to overcome individual apathy at the grass roots level.  Ultimately, the media is going to have a much larger platform with which to present its spin on the matter...and individuals who are naturally checked out are often going to accept the mass media spin if they are not engaged at the local level.  If you look at the Tea Party movement, for example, the revolt began at the local level where people whose needs were largely ignored on the national level and in the last several elections, were starting to experience the tangible consequences of the policies put forward by the federal and state governments with the cheerleading of mass media to take care of the disengaged.  People who had been doing the right things, living within their means, paying their mortgages and saving for their retirements were put in the position of being punished for their personal sacrifices by being forced through taxes and bailouts to subsidize the irresponsible.  Eventually these people had suffered enough abuse to push back...to gather with their neighbors to express their frustration.  The mass media largely portrayed the Tea Parties as "phony", "Fox News-driven" organized events...but they weren't.  They were grass roots pushes that picked up widespread attention for their organic growth (like the revolt that stopped the amnesty bill).  The problem is that like the Tea Parties and the Amnesty Revolt, the outrage over the Letterman/Palin incident is in danger of flaming out...it seems like in both the Tea Party and Amnesty cases, the grass roots worked so hard to express their outrage to achieve one small objective (expressing resistance of new taxes and bailouts/defeating the Amnesty Bill) that the organizers have made the events seem like isolated affairs...everyone expressed their discontent and went home thinking "job done".  When you have an enemy like individual ignorance/indifference fueled by mass media drops, you have to be relentless, constant.  In other words, you, at the local level, keep at your friends and acquaintances and highlight the occasions that prove this wasn't an isolated incident.  Individuals throughout the country feel the same way about it as you do, if they do the same, people at the local level will start to pay attention.  If you keep at it and don't give up, you'll start to convince more and more people...at that point it becomes a city, then state, then national movement picking up steam and garnering attention from like-minded organizations with money to underwrite your efforts.  Then the sponsors start to pay attention and make their calculations based on the momentum.  It's hard work, and will be met with much resistance...but the more resistance, the higher the sensitivity and vulnerability on the other side.  The leaks start materializing and the defenses become weaker.  At that point, you have the opportunity to bring the whole thing down.  If you treat this Letterman/Palin incident as the whole war as opposed to the first of many battles, you'll have already lost...there isn't enough support for your position to make it happen now, and there are plenty in the mass media who will come to his defense on a grand scale to more than neutralize your outrage with the indifferent.  If you treat it as the first of possibly many battles in bringing Letterman to his knees, you might have a decent shot.

a seal

One thing to say for

One thing to say for Sharpton...he never gives up.  He's a caricature, but more often than not he gets what he wants done.  We don't have many relentless conservative activists these days, who, like Sharpton, don't let perception get in the way of what they want to achieve.  We have too many "leaders" who, instead, want to be liked and respected by their Beltway peers and the mass media.  Even the liberals in the media mock Sharpton, but they never get in his way because he'll run them over.

Firing Dave Letterman is no different than the gays making a roukus over prop 8 supporters.

I would agree that this should be spoken out against, where I draw the line is requiring him to apologize or firing him over his speech.  We conservatives should not fire people just because we disagree with them, otherwise we are no different than the gay acticists who went after the prop 8 supporters.

A force apology is a worthless apology.  Firing David would only have someone just like him replace him, and have it take awhile before the public recognizes the replacement is as big a tool as David is.  Better to keep him there, and let the left defend his words.  It makes Sarah and our movement better.

If not yet, soon, very soon, state sponsored media. SSM

bail out baby..I can smell it.

Reagan VS Carter and 0bama

Anyone with a shred of

Anyone with a shred of decency should blackball Letterman.  Simply turn him off.  No audience.  No Letterman.  The louse will have to go find some other employment.

Other

Firing is what Liberals do.  They scream, holler and whine until the object of their manifestations just wants to get rid of the problem.  Conservatives should be better than that so my answer is Other.

Letterman is feeling the heat and CBS should ask him to apologize and offer an apology themselves.  Anyone with a modicum of common sense knows that Letterman had no clue which daughter was at the game so his writers (or him if he actually wrote this) assumed it was Bristol.  Not a good move and, had he said this originally and apologized for the error this would have been over, for the most part.

Hopefully, the pressure sends a message to liberals that it's time for them to stop with the attacks on Sarah Palin's children.

Election 2008-God's way of showing us that elections count.

It would appear

83% here talk the talk, but don't walk the walk:)All this firing and fining stuff is so Sharpton-esque.

I completely agree with your post, BTW.

Good for the gander?

I think you make a good point in one sense, nwahs, but are overlooking the context in which the 83% speak.

What they are probably saying is "What's good for the goose is good for the gander". Most of these people would not demand someone be fired for speaking no matter how repulsive.

But ... is there any doubt a conservative/Republican would have been called to resign or be fired by the entire world from day 1?

For the record, I voted "Other" and suggested Letterman be required to wear a fake arrow on his head for a year and write "I am a dumb and angry guy" on a chalkboard 520 times.

metaphorsbwithu

That would work :)

That  would work!

Another poster had a good line in a top 10 list of why Letterman is so angry. It was  to the affect that during the last bypass, they accidentally connected one of the arteries to a bile duct :)

If one thing, maybe it will make people wonder why , after 7 months of being elected, Letterman refuses to make any jokes at Obama's expense, instead, filling the gap with Bush and Palin jokes? It would be like a bunch of white guys in a bar laughing and joking with each other, and when a black guy walks in, he's treated differently and no one jokes with him. Can you think of a more blatant form of prejudice?

I tend to agree with you. I think conservatives voting for firing/fines are doing so out of anger.

http://newsbusters.o...

Liberals' double standard is amazing.

If conservatives say one word about Obama's kids...one word...they will be hounded off the air or out of office by the same liberals telling us to 'give Letterman a break'.

Even, obviously, if they apologize.

And liberals for some reason are terrified of Obama but have no problem slicing and dicing entire conservative families.

Why the kid glove treatment? Who's giving the 'hands off' orders?

I thought the media was fearless, irreverent and no one was off limits (at least within the bounds of taste).

You don't spit in the wind;
You don't pull the mask off the ol' Lone Ranger-

Priceless. Doubling down

Priceless.

Doubling down on stupid is not a particularly good idea. ~Andrew Breitbart

In Letterman's case

I think he harbors prejudice ( not necessarily malicious, but evidently conscious of a difference). He grew up in the Midwest in an all white neighborhood, and he doesn't know how to relate to black people. John Stewart seems to have no problem making Obama jokes. Now regardless of how you feel about Stewarts leftist politics, you have to concede Stewart and Letterman approach Obama completely differently.

Nwahs~

Okay, so if your point is that this is a man who only keeps himself in check and won't open up his big mouth to insult somebody or be jerky IF he feels like he can't relate to them...then why can't we expect him to appreciate other differences (and shy away from other topics) that he knows not of ... like him not knowing what it is like to be a pregnant teen, for instance? I would think he would feel the need to stay far away from that one. That's pretty unfamiliar and uncomfortable territory for him, wouldn't you say?

Please don't insult our intelligence, or I'll have to go back and listen to more mellow music. ((^_^)) The guy has a liberal agenda. And he just happens to be a jerk as well. Those can be two totally separate issues. ;)

Double standard

I disagree with Imus being fired for his comment and don't think Letterman should be fired for this comment either. This is PC correctness running amoke in the other direction from those calling for it.

Want to Boycott CBS or its advertisers? Fine, but I am getting sick of all these calls for people being fired because someone disagrees with something they said.

There appears to be a major

There appears to be a major disconnect between the poll vote and the comments, which is unusual.

While the large majority voted to for Letterman to be fired ... the vast mjority of those conservatives posting a comment, whilst disliking the gap-toothed unfunny man, don't agree.

My position also, as it happens.

“For God's sake, somebody tell Obama that a TRILLION is one MILLION MILLION!!!!

jessieH      Does

jessieH      Does Letterman have more power than Don Imus? Or is the left showing their true colors?

The problem is not with

The problem is not with the snarky moron who made the comments, but with the audience that thought the comments were funny!

Letterman is a deranged slob

- and his stale schtick's about as funny as a train wreck. I say give Todd Palin five minutes alone with this creep- maybe then he'd get the hard education in moral clarity that he so severely lacks.

If Sarah Palin is SO silly and irrelevant, why the obsession? Clearly the Left noted her appeal, and are out to eliminate the threat- it’s not like it’s not obvious.

And she’s been highly successful in life while ignoring the left-wing feminist model… this helps to explain the extra dose of venom in the attacks.

Go get em, Sarah- and don’t mind the press, nobody will be listening to them anymore after the pending Obamamania implosion-

Bold!! If I may be so

Bold!!

If I may be so bold myself.

Going Alinsky

Here's a good plan on the Lecherman problem -going Alinsky on his butt. This is how the liberals would handle it.

Going Alinksy on Letterman: http://ace.mu.nu/archives/288504.php

We must be relentless, not only for Palin but for any other good conservative that is thinking of getting into politics. This is what the liberals do, and why they are doing this to Palin. The message is: -this is what will happen to you if you dare espouse your conservative politics. This is how they handle conservative confirmations in the Senate as well. This is little different from the sliming of Clarence Thomas. This is as much about politics as it is about Lecherman.

And btw, enough of the strawmen. This is not about 'censorship', censorship is when the government prevents free speech. If See-BS fires Letterman, that's not censorship, it's a commercial decision. No one is asking CBS to cancel the show, if Letterman was fired they would just find another host, and it would probably be his maiden-in-waiting Craig Ferguson. Note that all those whining about 'a chill wind' and a 'precedent' were screaming the loudest for the firing of Imus, or Limbaugh, or Trent Lott, or George Allen, etc.

10 seconds

He should have to climb into the ring with me for ten seconds.  No, make that five seconds.  He wouldn't be able to talk, feed himself or walk for at least a month.

Call your cable or satellite company and demand that they remove CNN, MSNBC, and MTV from your entertainment package.  Stop subsidizing the liberal left.

Lot of Butthurt.

Late Night tv show host. It didn't kill his ratings. He won't get fired. Joke was written by writing staff.

I don't watch this guy's show cause he is not funny and he is not Conan O'Brien. If he wants his audience to be people who can appreciate disgusting potty jokes about young women then so be it.

Don't Be Hypocritical Now

I didn't believe Imus should have been fired.
