I voted "Other", because I don't believe you should comment on things you haven't experienced.  I know I may be considered as having my head in the sand, but I haven't watched one press conference or read any articles containing direct quotes from the White House.  I always wait for the nightly news to come out and spin what was said in the direction the White House determines will get the best reaction after the fact.  I don't think anything this administration says really counts until it gets through this filter.

his job is two fold:

One to represent the WH to the media and he does seem very representative of those in the WH staff.

Two is to maintain a good relationship with the media and since the media are still pretty much orgasmic over everything the administration does I would have to say he is doing this very well.

It may be true that he is excelling at his job through no qualities of his own but that isn't the point. The point is he hasn't done anything to cause the media to turn on the administration, assuming that is even possible.
