Don't know if voice recognition could be done that quickly, and I believe voice recognition is very software intensive, so it might be difficult to do for a reasonable price. I think about $50 and something the size of a typical remote would be a target, and a difficult target to meet.

Seems he's complaining about the UN, how they took no action since it came into being and 65 wars broke out since. I guess this is another example of a broken clock being right twice a day again.
With liberty and justice for all, and we're seeing anything but with him and his dhimmi-crats.

We're a nation of collective individuals with differences to be celebrated and enjoyed and be allowed to flourish, not penalized, persecuted and homogenized. Capitalism is what makes this country great, not socialism where freedom is restricted(on any front) and success is met with disdain and class envy rears its ugly head.

Didn't the left make the same charge against Bush for holding too many press conferences? I think each succeeding President since the advent of television, has used it more. Can anyone give an example of a President that has used it less than his predecessor?

is almost like an audiance watching a movie and having fast flashing pictures continue to flash at speedy intervals until those watching don't notice any more and become comfortable with the immage.

That's one of my problems with Beck. He identifies a problem but offers very little in the way of solutions, except to say that politicians need to be "honest with us". He also has a tendency to over stretch blame from liberal Democrats onto all Republican politicians so he can maintain his "a pox on both your houses" independence. I know that there were some Republicans who lost their way, but they, as an entire party, even on their worst day, aren't as culpable as the Democrats.

A third party the hard way, from the ground up, would do some good. Come up with candidates for Congress in at least 20% of the seats and we'll talk. That's a party.
A third party the easy way, simply where some overinflated and too-rich ego runs for President, comes in third and guarantees the election of the party at the other end of the spectrum. Ross Perot gave us Bill Clinton, but George Wallace gave us Richard Nixon, so it works both ways.

He identifies a problem but offers very little in the way of solutions, except to say that politicians need to be "honest with us". He also has a tendency to over stretch blame from liberal Democrats onto all Republican politicians so he can maintain his "a pox on both your houses" independence. I know that there were some Republicans who lost their way, but they, as an entire party, even on their worst day, aren't as culpable as the Democrats.

A third party the easy way, simply where some overinflated and too-rich ego runs for President, comes in third and guarantees the election of the party at the other end of the spectrum. Ross Perot gave us Bill Clinton, but George Wallace gave us Richard Nixon, so it works both ways.

Well, most of us conservatives on Newsbusters for many. The first sign of madness in the rich and powerful is when they believe their own publicity some shill made up for them.
Obama is merely a brand. From Day 1 he has been created, marketed and sold as brand.
And as a brand, his people have bought crook, lies, and sinking polls the siren Coca Cola strategy -- never let up, never become invisible.
But the real thing about coke is this -- many people LIKE a cold caffeine imbued drink daily.
The constant advertising is not to convice them they need a cold soda... it's to make sure they choose Coca-Cola as opposed to... that other brand.
You can only sell something people are interested in buying. And no amount of exposure is going to turn that around.
That's THE FIRST RULE OF ADVERTISING. Well, one of them. There are many first rules in advertising. It's an imprecise art.
Fortunately for conservatives (and presumably Republicans) Obama'a inner circle jerk can't acknowledge that verity.
Hence the continuation of Obama's really SMART strategy (they're all so smart) of appearing on TV 24/7/365.
But this is just nuts... his skeddie for the rest of next week includes PRODUCT PLACEMENT guest appearances in...
