No, because which channel would they boycott...all of them (except for FNC)???? They would never see the light of day on the television and that's the way the libs want it.
"They need to have a course in college called common sense and everyone should take it. Problem is there isn't too many people that could pass or teach it." -my grandfather
No, it's not necessary to boycott any other channel. It's more interesting to watch them and point out their bias and idiocy. Heard some good stuff this am on CNN. Grace Loh, director or producer of War Inc was talking about how the movie is a satire. Wouldn't it have been nice if it were more obvious? When one has to point out the satire in a piece, it's a pretty good indication that the creator of the work failed somewhere. And then they were talking about not having any luck influencing the public with these films so many of the films were being shelved...now isn't that just such a shame?
Network anchors barely tolerate conservies as it is and would love a chance to fawn over liberals all the time. Tell them they don't have to interview conservies anymore and watch them jump for joy.
We're not immature babies like these whining left wing loons.
In fact, I would like to see some go on Dan Abrams, Chris Matthews, and even Keith Overhimself - just to show them up and make fools of them - as Howard Dean made a fool of himself with Chris Wallace yesterday.
Why would conservatives wish to intentionally suppress their own message by boycotting a network? It's hard enough to get their message out as it is.
It's easy to see why liberals would boycott Fox. It's a combination of trying to rob it of legitimacy, and the knowledge that it's not likely to be a friendly venue with softball questions designed to promote their agenda. Most consider Fox viewers brain-dead-right-wing robots anyway and it's not worth the risk of exposure to non-MSM questioning. It's bad enough when they get "unfriendly" questions from their own people. (as in the debate a few weeks ago)
If someone is going to throw tantrums and otherwise act childish in front of the electorate by pulling stunts like boycotting networks, I'd say let your opponents do it. It will give the people who actually think something to consider, like "why would they hide?"
Bad Idea. It basically says, "We don't care about your viewers or their support; we're just gonna stuff our policies down their throat". It's clear that that is what Dems think about Fox viewers, and conservatives in general based on other things they've said.
Hillary Clinton '95, re working class white southerners, "Screw em, you don't owe them a thing, Bill. They're doing nothing for you; you don't owe them anything".
Why boycott, when the MSM is already doing it to all conservatives? Unless you are talking about a McCain versus Dem debate, in which case only on FNC and sponsored by a group like the Heritage Foundation or Cato Institute. Enough of giving a ratings boost (which is money from Advertisers) to the networks or You Tube (Google subsidiary) or biased questions from the League of Women Voters or some other Dem shill group.

For most of the months of the year I simply do not watch television. Full stop. (The only exception would be Masterpiece Theater, which I figure I involuntarily pay for anyway.) There are plenty of other ways to be informed, and certainly better informed.
I used to like all of the Law & Order shows until Vincent D'Onofrio's (?) blatant liberalism started dictating the script. Even the original L&O is taking the liberal side on controversial episodes. The only shows I never miss are the three CSI shows.
I think GOP viewers should boycott the Leftoid nets - I have been doing this since the 80's.
But I think GOP politicians should definitely go into enemy territory - but only if they are going to challenge the assumptions and prejudices of the MSM and not cater to them by "softening" the GOP message.
McCain is the perfect example of the media-bootlicking GOP sell out. But even strong conservatives get snookered by the MSM charlatans who set them up to portray them as evil....
GOPers should use the MSM, but not allow the MSM to use them.
Any Republican can take on the liberals on their turf; it's the liberals who can't stand up on our turf. When Obama finally agreed to appear on Fox News Sunday, we came across rather weak and flustered. Hillary gave her typical non-answers on Bill O'Reilly's show.
Like fruit on the vine with no rain, they are dying slowly. Let them die. Even the most dense democrat is beginning to see the lies told by the lame stream media talking heads. Not a real reporter left on staff.
To boycott something I never watch anyway. Plus the lefties would see a boycott by us as some big victory for them. I'll just continue to get my news from the places I see fit and not make a big deal out of where I'm not getting it from.
"It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face."
GOPers should not boycott a channel. That just shows fear because in my mind, Democrats are afraid of Fox News because they can't handle the truth--having to tell it, that is. Unless, of course, if they go on Fox and Friends where they get fluff questions.
The Democrat boycott of FNC was unbelievably immature and childish...So, no...Republicans should, and I think will, show themselves to be the adults in this race, and not sink to such an asinine level as the Democrats.
Let's face it, the GOP knows what they're getting into, when they go on these networks. I remember the debate they did, in Iowa, and I thought they really showed the moderator to be out of her element, show of hands anyone.
Also, there was, I believe, an MSNBC debate where Mitt Romney was asked what he hated about America. He certainly handled that just fine.
I've heard it said that conservatives are much better debaters because they are constantly having to defend their positions. Liberals, on the other hand, will avoid Fox News because they need the Amen chorus to keep telling people the outmoded positions they have.
This is why Republicans always get their lunch eaten; they let the MSM (who are viciously loyal to the Dems) stand them up and shoot them down in the intervew using Dem propoganda and Dem pot shots. While ignoring or excusing the Dem's own faults.
Even after the interview is over, many Republicans still don't seem to know they have just been tarred and feathered by the MSM.
Now that Fox News exists, why would you ever go back and stick your head in the MSM noose?
At least one of the MSM channels should have been made an example of a long time ago. Probably CBS should have been boycotted for their champaign of lies against the President. Then the other channels would straighten up or they would be next.
What I think we need is a good conservative candidate who knows how to mop the floor with these MSM b*tches. It's not that the liberal opposition is good, and it's not that half of what they pick up and juggle around are legitimate issues...it's just that the conservative voice throughout much of society has been infiltrated by those who know not.

If Democrats want to disenfranchize viewers of a certain TV network more fool them. Fox should have relaliated.
However John McCain's team should come out right now and let it be known that one of the traditional three Presidential Debates has to be on Fox.
