Look no further for a textbook example of what passes for logic from a liberal.
If there's one thing leftist radio host Mike Malloy really hates, or so he claims, it is suffering from the improper use of firearms. Being a gun owner, he doesn't hate guns themselves or want them banned, based on what he's said on his show. More accurately, the thing he seems to hate most is when conservatives own guns. (Audio after the jump)
There he goes again, fantasizing about inflicting violence. Back in March, left-wing radio host Mike Malloy went off on a characteristically unhinged rant and threatened that "I will shoot you!" to an unnamed National Rifle Association board member.
This time it's former GOP congressional candidate Joe Wurzelbacher, aka Joe the Plumber, in Malloy's sights after Wurzelbacher wrote a response to a grief-stricken man whose son was shot in the killing spree at UC Santa Barbara over the weekend. The parent blamed "craven, irresponsible politicians and the NRA" for his son's death. (Audio after the jump)
Leftist radio host Mike Malloy picked up a dated editorial on the Sochi Olympics by Rev. Franklin Graham to lamely claim Graham is “inching closer to Fred Phelps” on the hate meter, since he felt Putin seems more Christian than Obama.
But it’s Malloy who is a better role model for coarse rhetoric, suggesting this Christian leader needs "sexual advice," namely, to try anal sex before he condemns it, just like you shouldn’t condemn pizza without trying it (video below):
Fresh from his recent threat to shoot a National Rifle Association board member, radical leftist radio talker Mike Malloy has staked another claim deep in the murky terrain of moonbat territory by asking whether quintessential gonzo journalist Hunter Thompson was murdered.
Thompson, notorious for his unhinged behavior and prodigious consumption of illicit drugs and alcohol, shot himself to death at his home near Aspen, Colo., in February 2005. In the near-decade since Thompson's demise, I can't recall a single person at any point along the political spectrum -- even on the fringes -- who has expressed doubt that Thompson committed suicide. Until Malloy did just that on his radio show last week. (Audio after the jump)
Isn't it amusing, albeit in a sad way, when liberals engage in Nazi tactics while comparing conservatives to Nazis? The irony is invariably lost on left wingers when they do this, despite their unhealthy pride in their alleged self-awareness.
On his radio show March 25, Mike Malloy threatened to shoot an unspecified National Rifle Association board member, regardless of whether he or she was armed. Three days later, Malloy was comparing NRA members to Nazis. On the bright side, the trend here might be perceived as positive. (Audio after the jump)
Never thought I'd admit this, but maybe liberals are right when it comes to guns -- perhaps more has to be done to keep firearms from people who are unbalanced.
I wondered about this after listening to libtalker Mike Malloy's radio show Tuesday in which he railed against Georgia's Safe Carry Protection Act, which would allow licensed gun owners to bring concealed carry weapons to schools, bars, churches, airports and government offices. The legislation, derided by opponents as the "guns everywhere" law, has been approved by state lawmakers and awaits the governor's signature.(Audio after the jump)
Rust never sleeps, Neil Young warned in an album of the same title back in 1979. And so it is with revisionism from the left, especially when it comes their failed utopia of yore, the Soviet Union.
For nearly 20 years after the unforgettable night in 1989 when a long-divided Berlin was finally reunited, American leftists bit their tongues about the Soviet Union, embarrassed by its abrupt collapse, revelations of its appalling monstrosities, and confirmation via the decoded Venona cables of a vast communist spy network in the US government as alleged by Senator Joseph McCarthy.(Audio after the jump)
As a proud member of the Blame America First contingent, left-wing radio host Mike Malloy sure has its vernacular down pat. On his show last night, for example, he condemned "warmongering" American presidents and US arms makers for spreading death and destruction abroad.
Oddly, however, Malloy also described how he believes former vice president Dick Cheney would have been treated in the neighborhood where Malloy grew up -- which came across as little more than Malloy's fantasy of how Cheney should be treated now for criticizing the Obama administration's plan to scale back the military. (Audio clips after the jump)
Uh, how is a "thing" murdered? The first of many questions that come to mind after left-wing radio host Mike Malloy's latest rant about the evils of capitalism.
Malloy has carved out quite a niche for himself among "progressives" -- too toxic for Air America Radio back before it went belly-up and actually to the left of Ed Schultz. But the man deserves credit for his candor when it comes to capitalism -- he loathes it, as all committed socialists do -- and Malloy is not ashamed to say so, unlike many other socialists who are curiously reluctant to acknowledge their ideology. Instead, they call themselves Democrats. (Audio clips after the jump)
It cannot be said of many people that they make MSNBC in-house loose cannon Ed Schultz look sane by comparison. Mike Malloy is one of those people.
On his radio show Friday, Malloy condemned the project with the type of infantile rhetoric one would expect from a frat boy in a late-night bull session trying to impress a winsome young lady who yearns to crusade for the Sierra Club. (Audio clips after the jump)
Would any Martin Luther King Day be complete without a liberal radio talker waxing conspiratorial about King's death while not citing a shred of evidence?
What a surprise it wasn't that this was heard yesterday from Mike Malloy, a leftist so beyond the pale he was once fired by the ardent redistributors at now-defunct Air America Radio.(Audio clips after the jump)
A sure sign that Dear Leader in the White House is under siege? His most ardent followers in media are sounding like denizens of Radio Rwanda circa 1994.
Latest example -- liberal radio host Stephanie Miller, aka the "Sexy Liberal" (yes, she actually calls herself that) upping the ante with a bedwetter of a caller who feared for his children's safety because of the partial government shutdown. (Audio after the jump)
Just when you think liberal radio host Mike Malloy can't say anything crazier than he already has, out comes another gem.
On Monday as the President and his Party were refusing to compromise with House Republicans thereby setting the wheels in motion for a government shutdown, Malloy called the GOP "religious psychopaths" who "want women to get cancer," "girls to get sexually transmitted diseases," and "Jews to kill everybody in the Middle East" in order to "bring Jesus back!" (video follows with transcript courtesy Radio EQ):
Liberal radio host Mike Malloy has made some truly asinine comments in his career, but what he said on the twelfth anniversary of 9/11 Wednesday truly takes the cake.
Discussing the tragic events of twelve years ago, Malloy said United Airlines Flight 93 was shot down over Pennsylvania with “orders from a bloodthirsty son of a bitch named Dick Cheney” (video follows with transcript and commentary):
The Huffington Post Religion page dug out the latest clip from televangelist Pat Robertson on The 700 Club. Liberals never get enough. Robertson proclaimed “from a prophetic standpoint, every time the United States gets involved in some kind of a pressure on Israel to split their land, there’s some natural disaster that happens here in America."
From his foam-flecked radio studio on Thursday, leftist radio host Mike Malloy repeatedly demanded Robertson die and go home to Jesus:
"Everywhere I go I'm asked if I think the university stifles writers," Flannery O'Connor once said. "My opinion is that they don't stifle enough of them. There's many a best seller that could have been prevented by a good teacher."
Put another way, there's a novel in everyone and most of them should stay there. Much the same can be said for the fantasies of left-wing radio host Mike Malloy, situated as he is on the deranged by choice end of the dial. Malloy, who proved a bit much even for Air America, can't abide what he perceives as hatred from conservatives. His way of fighting back is through hateful speech. Yes, the irony is lost on him. He's become what he claims to loathe. (Audio after the jump)
It may never occur to liberals that crying wolf ad infinitum where racism doesn't exist makes actual examples less likely to be believed.
The claim has been so abused by the left since this allegedly racist country elected a man of color as president in 2008, then re-elected him four years later, that it is more often met now with skepticism instead of revulsion. (Audio after the jump)
Left-wing radio host Mike Malloy is often one of the most unhinged voices over the airwaves, but once in a great while he reveals a limited capacity for perception. This is one of those times.
On his show last night, Malloy was talking with a caller when Sen. Al Franken, Democrat of Minnesota, was mentioned. Franken and Malloy once worked at the now-defunct Air America Radio network before Air America fired Malloy in 2006 and Franken left to run for Senate in Minnesota the following year. (Audio after the jump)
Just when you thought the pathology from Mike Malloy couldn't get more alarming, the man outdoes himself again.
A left-winger so beyond the pale he was once fired by the ardent redistributionists at Air America Radio, Malloy has carved out a niche for himself as the radio host most likely to self-immolate from his own bile. (audio clip after page break)
Yet another example of why I've long referred to Mike Malloy as the Voice of the Guard in the Gulag.
Bad enough that this most creepy and vampiric of men can barely let consecutive sentences pass without reference to carnage and bloodshed. On his radio show Tuesday, Malloy slandered Sen. John McCain as a war criminal who murdered civilians during the Vietnam War and was justifiably tortured for doing so. (audio clip after page break)
Last Wednesday he actually said on the air, "This Limbaugh, this is one of the most vile human beings ever to live! If Limbaugh had the power, he would open gas chambers! If Limbaugh had the power, he would line people up against the wall and execute them...The only thing he sees in children is sex partners!" (video follows with transcript and commentary):
Leftist radio host Mike Malloy is aghast at the notion of a "Gun Appreciation Day" to be celebrated by 2nd Amendment supporters on January 19 this year. On his January 14 radio program, Malloy attacked the "right wingers who want to see blood in the streets, the Hannitys, the Limbaughs, they want the killing to start. Glenn Beck would like nothing more!"
On his November 26 program, left-wing radio host Mike Malloy, whose sick rants we here at NewsBusters have noted from time to time, fantasized about how he wished there were an angel of death that would sweep down across the fruited plain and destroy "tea baggers," but which he meant Tea Party conservatives.
This was just one example in the latest batch of venom being spewed from left-wing radio hosts that our friend Brian Maloney of the Radio Equalizer blog discussed on the Nov. 28 edition of Hannity. You can watch the full segment below:
Left-wing radio host Mike Malloy keeps reaching for new lows in depraved discourse.
Those familiar with Malloy from his numerous appearances at NewsBusters over the years are aware of his pathological obsession with violence, especially toward those who don't share his totalitarian politics. (h/t for audio, Brian Maloney at mrctv.org).
Predictably, left-wing radio talker Mike Malloy blames the Family Research Council for being targeted by a pro-gay rights activist who allegedly opened fire at their headquarters and wounded a security guard.
What is surprising about Malloy's rant, even to those of us familiar with this most vampiric of radio hosts, is its jaw-dropped toxicity -- an American version of Radio Rwanda, circa 1994. (Audio clip after page break) --
Just imagine the uproar there'd be if a conservative radio talk show host pretended to talk to the devil to find out how a recently deceased liberal activist is doing in Hell.
Now contrast that with the virtual media silence there's been since liberal radio host Mike Malloy acted as if he was on a phone call with Satan to learn how conservative activist Andrew Breitbart is faring in Hades. That incident took place on Tuesday during Malloy's program, which is heard in 13 markets across the nation and Sirius/XM radio. [Radio Equalizer's YouTube clip of this embedded below page break]
Natural disasters have a way of bringing out the worst on the Left. Flooding in Florida and wildfires in Colorado “inspired” nutty talk-show host Mike Malloy and the Daily Kos to rant about how conservatives in these states deserve these disasters because they’re anti-government, and too religious to boot.
Malloy teased from his atheist worldview, “Could that be, you know, Jesus or God saying hey, you know, we're sick of you right-wingers. We're sick of you religious nuts. We're gonna -- we're gonna flood you, we're gonna burn you?” Malloy mused maybe God was punishing the Christians at the Air Force Academy:
In a rural area where “The economy sucks when it’s good,” natural gas drilling could have gone a long way. Could have, until environmental extremists and regulators got in the way.
That’s what happened in Wayne County, Pa., just a few years ago when “corporations offered struggling farmers lucrative leases for mineral rights” but a documentary filmmaker and government prevented the drilling, according to a June 7, 2012 story from Bloomberg Businessweek magazine.
Liberal radio hosts were furious with the Catholic League for mocking Hillary Rosen after she attacked Ann Romney for not working. Their tweet said “Unlike Rosen, who had to adopt kids, Ann raised 5 of her own.” This was seen by liberals as signaling Rosen’s children adopted with former partner Elizabeth Birch were “less valid, less worthy of respect” and homophobic.
On Friday, Bill Press confused the Catholic League with the nation’s bishops (they are not connected), but on Thursday, rabid atheist Mike Malloy was nudged into erupting about "child-raping" Catholics and their scummy "Nazi pope":
