S.E. Cupp On National Background Checks: ‘You Want To Be Able To Track Me’

By Jeffrey Meyer | May 18, 2013 | 23:59

A  A

MSNBC’s S.E. Cupp is used to being the only conservative on a show. Every day she co-hosts The Cycle where she spars with her three ultra-liberal co-hosts, so her appearance on Real Time with Bill Maher on May 18 was nothing new for Ms. Cupp.

Appearing on Friday night, S.E. confronted ultra-liberal host Bill Maher and his two liberal guests, documentary filmmaker Michael Moore and Andrew Ross Sorkin of The New York Times over her objection to a national gun registry, which she summed up as simply a means to “be able to track me.” [See video afer jump.]

By Noel Sheppard | May 18, 2013 | 12:59

Bill Maher on Friday once again exposed himself as a total hypocrite.

Media Blackout of Catholic Church Sex Abuse Audit

By Bill Donohue | May 14, 2013 | 11:46

A  A

The 2012 annual report on priestly sexual abuse in the Catholic Church featured an audit done by StoneBridge Business Partners, and the data were gathered by the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA).

The report on sexual abuse, part of an annual audit, is available on the website of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Apparently, almost no one has read it. Not a single secular newspaper in the United States reported on it.

By Noel Sheppard | May 11, 2013 | 14:09

A  A

Bill Maher is one extremely confused person.

Having two months ago said that his high taxes were leading him to consider dumping liberalism, HBO's Real Time host said Friday, "If you’re rich you should be begging the government to redistribute your wealth" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

By Noel Sheppard | May 11, 2013 | 13:02

Bill Maher was at it again Friday.

On his HBO Real Time program, during a discussion about sexual assaults in our armed forces, the host said, "The reason why more rapists go into the military is the same reason why predators go into the Catholic Church: it’s a place they know they can get away with it" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

By Noel Sheppard | May 11, 2013 | 11:20

A  A

Despite all the information that has come out about the September 11, 2012, attack on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, Bill Maher still agrees with United Nations ambassador Susan Rice.

As hard as it might be to believe, the host of HBO's Real Time on Friday called the tragic event that left four Americans dead a "riot" possibly sparked by an anti-Muslim movie (video follows with transcript and commentary):

Lawrence O’Donnell: Obama’s Tax Rate ‘In the High Twenties’; Nope! Try 18.4%

By Noel Sheppard | May 04, 2013 | 12:45

A  A

It really is amazing how liberal media members regularly make false statements on national television with total impunity.

Consider MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell who twice on HBO's Real Time Friday arrogantly claimed that the Obamas' federal income tax rate was "in the high twenties" (video follows with transcribed lowlights and commentary):

By Noel Sheppard | April 20, 2013 | 15:40

Before Bill Maher's moment of sanity concerning radical Islam Friday, HBO's Real Time host took a cheap shot at the GOP.

After a brief discussion about the man that sent ricin to President Obama this week, Maher said, "He's been apprehended, he's facing jail time, and he is leading in the polls for the Republican nomination for president in 2016" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

Bill Maher on HBO's Real Time Friday made a statement that will make the Right cheer as the left predictably cringes.

After his guest Brian Levin - the director of the Center for the Study of Hate & Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino - said of the Boston bombings and how it relates to radical Islam, "We have hypocrites across faiths, Jewish, Christian who say they're out for God and end up doing not so nice things," Maher marvelously responded, "That’s liberal bulls--t right there" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

Bill Maher: Some in Army ‘Are Psychopaths...It’s the One Place Where You Can Kill People for Free’

By Brent Baker | April 08, 2013 | 08:12

A  A

Bill Maher just can’t resist denigrating those who choose to join our military forces. Catching up with a comment from his Friday night show on HBO, when discussing what motivates soldiers to want to re-join their units and what they miss when back in civilian life, war correspondent Sebastian Junger explained: “The soldiers aren’t psychopaths, they don’t miss killing, they don’t miss getting killed, but what they miss is that sense of meaning and the bond...”

To which, Maher countered: “Well, some of them are psychopaths. I mean, let’s be honest. Some people join the Army because it’s the one place where you can kill people for free. Where you’re not charged with murder.”

Maddow Engages in Shabby Lie of Omission About New Abortion Laws in N.D.

By Jack Coleman | March 26, 2013 | 20:14

When Gillespie and Maher tried to pin Maddow down on whether she supported the health care law signed by then-Massachusetts Gov.
