On Morning Joe today, the NBC White House correspondent personally vouched for PBO, saying "I know the president looks at [middle-class tax cuts] as a moral issue."

I'll be back with a transcript, but in the meantime, watch Guthrie hesitate before offering her personal testimony. Savannah knew where she was going, and decided to plunge ahead. Must be comforting for the president to know he has such true believers in the press.
