Possible discussion point: bracing for an upset in Kentucky.

The final survey from Public Policy Polling shows insurgent Rand Paul with a comfortable 52–34 lead over Trey Grayson in the Kentucky Republican Senate primary. Paul's lead is fueled by a preponderance of likely voters (41 to 36 percent) unhappy with the current state of the Republican Party.

Among those satisfied with the state of the GOP, Grayson leads narrowly, 47–45, but among the disaffected Paul commands a 59–28 edge. Paul also has a huge lead among Kentuckians who think the GOP is too liberal (71–21).
