.....I want to clear something up. Some folks are saying that I am laughing at them and gloating that shows like Glee are on the air and adult entertainment is legal.
I realize that it might come across as gloating but it really is not. I am honest about how I feel and the way I feel is, I love freedom of speech. I love everything to Glee, to Rush Limbaugh to South Park to Howard Stern.
When Liberals go crazy whenever Rush says something about Obama, I totally love it, I have also really really enjoyed Sarah Palin, getting rich and getting into Liberal heads. I would also love her to be the the next POTUS in large part to see how liberals heads will explode.,
I realize not everyone that complains about adult entertainment wants it censored, but there are many folks that if they had a chance would make anything to do adult entertainment off the air or illegal altogether.
That is why I love the fact that no matter how these folks scream at the top of their lungs about how evil free will is whenever it comes to sins of the flesh, the adult industry is thriving and available in all forms. It makes me happy that folks that preach freedom, but whine whenever they see a exposed aerola, foam at the mouth when their efforts are in vain.
Anyways, I hope that explains my position.

And they can refuse to market diet soda if they want. It's not my call what a private company does with its marketing.
I don't get your point that we should overrule the subjective judgement of a private company.
Maybe they're responding to community concerns. I'm not a member of that community so it's not my call on that account either.
