Just how desperate are the folks at the Huffington Post to titillate readers with articles about scantily clad women, wardrobe malfunctions, and exposed body parts?

On Tuesday, the Post actually broke a story about a dress that disappears when the wearer becomes aroused. Problem is this was introduced sixteen months ago.

There's a domestic energy boom happening in America producing thousands of jobs with the likelihood of creating thousands more if Washington doesn't get in the way.

Not according to Robert Redford who published a scathing attack on such efforts at the Huffington Post Sunday evening calling on President Obama to "say no" to the Keystone pipeline.

Schlockumentary filmmaker and gun control advocate Michael Moore sure is feeling his oats in the wake of the massacre in Newtown, Connecticut.

On Friday he told the Huffington Post, "The NRA, they are doomed as a result of this."

Well, this will teach President Obama’s speech writers to double check their pander list. It seems his special shout-out to gays in his inaugural speech – though widely praised by the Left as a “historic” moment – just wasn’t enough. Not for the Huffington Post and the parents of 11-year-old ‘Sadie,’ who is “transgender” (a boy pretending to be a girl). Obama needed to call out for transgender rights as well.

HuffPo’s “Gay Voices” page reported that Sadie corrected the oversight, writing a second speech. Sadie’s mother put it on Face Book, it hit Twitter and, according the “Gay Voices” Editor Noah Michelson “It’s totally gone viral.”

Dan Rather on Tuesday applauded Israel's new missile defense system known as Iron Dome.

In a bizarre analysis published at the Huffington Post, the former CBS Evening News anchor cheered, "In the recent conflict, the Israeli missile defense system may have saved more Palestinian lives than Israelis."

On Jan. 8, when it was reported that Obama had chosen Pastor Louie Giglio to give his inaugural benediction, lefties jumped to make sure the administration had done its due diligence regarding the reverend’s ideological purity.

Apparently, it had not. The very next day, the left-wing website, Think Progress.org reported that Obama had chosen yet another “anti-gay Pastor” to deliver his invocation. After digging around, they were able to find a sermon Giglio gave fifteen years ago, preaching against the sin of homosexuality.

The media's hatred of the Tea Party knows no bounds.

On Sunday's syndicated Chris Matthews Show, the Huffington Post's Howard Fineman said, "The Tea Party people are not here to legislate. They're here to demonstrate" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

Can you imagine a rapper not only not voting for Obama but also being a Libertarian?

So said Grammy Award-winning rapper Antwan Andre Patton, aka Big Boi formerly of the duo OutKast, during an interview with HuffPost Live Friday (video follows with transcript and commentary):

Is it the media's responsibility to worry about Barack Obama's legacy?

The Huffington Post's Howard Fineman seems to think so, and told MSNBC's Chris Matthews Thursday that gun control is "legacy material" for the President (video follows with LexisNexis transcript and commentary):

Former CNN anchor Larry King took a shot at replacement Piers Morgan Thursday saying that his show "is a lot about him as much as the guests."

Rather comically, King with a straight face told HuffPost Live, "I never gave opinions" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

On CNN this morning, in a quote captured by Rush Limbaugh on his program today (but predictably ignored by David Edwards covering the broadcast at Raw Story), Carol Costello told viewers that "no one is talking about overturning the Second Amendment or confiscating guns in America."

Wow. What hermetically sealed cave have you been living in during the past few weeks, Carol -- or for that matter, as Limbaugh effectively asked, where have you been during the past 4-1/2 decades? Here's some of what Rush had to say in response (bolds are mine):

The left must think Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner is a magician, since they think funds to evade the debt ceiling can be conjured up in the form of a platinum coin.

The left-wing blogosphere has been promoting a loony idea to prevent the GOP from being able to cut spending in debt ceiling negotiations. The idea has gained traction with a Bloomberg News contributor and well-known liberal economist Paul Krugman, and being heavily promoted by sites like Huffington Post. So many people are talking about it that it has a twitter hashtag: #mintthecoin.
