I was worried someone was going to take issue with my cute new tagline/signature, as it (God forbid!) has a link to my "Shywear".
Well, I guess it only makes sense that someone with the screen name "Free Stinker" would be the one to make a big stink about it.
I guess he doesn't know that I've been a fruitfully contributing member of NewsBusters for nearly a year (46 weeks -- joined in January) and I only changed up my tagline the other day, since the holidays are right around the corner. Also, it was a silly idea I thought of after reading a Dana Perino blog, not some evil plan to exploit NB and promote myself. If Free Stinker DID know about me, and that I've been an upstanding member for quite some time, then frankly he's got some some nerve calling me an "Ad Troll" (yes, he posted that today on a thread...)
But hey, I'm not here to rustle feathers and cross some line of inappropriateness (yes, I might have made up a word) here on NewsBusters. If Free Stinker is not alone, and others would prefer I not have this in my posts, I will gladly remove it.

I AM glad you spotted that, so I thank you, but it's the fine people at NewsBusters whose job it is to enforce the rules. In the future, I'm sure they can do their job just fine.

I guess you realized this forum wasn't pissing me off as you probably intended, so you started attributing a false quote to me, originally found here but that was removed by the staff, and you still have one here. That's when the Masthead had to get involved. Get it? Had you not made this up, I wouldn't have said a peep to NB.
You've done something I have never seen Leon do - make up a quote. Leon, to his credit, has never engaged in that sort of fraud.

I think my writing also conveys someone who likes to keep things light, although I seriously follow politics -- or I seriously believe in leftwing media bias in the MSM.
As for my signature with your name in it, like this forum it was in good fun.
Both the signature and forum were not immediately done after you dropped your "two cents and left it at that", as right away a couple of other posters were curious at your calling me an "ad troll" and you remained steadfast and didn't seem to be having fun at all. It was then that I thought I'd try a little levity with the tagline, but evidently you continued to not share my sense of humor with it all.
Anyway, fair enough.
I'm the last thing from serious about a lot of stuff (although I'm not a everything-is-funny liberal either :p)

Number One...This site had not a whole lot of posters here when I posted the subject to blonde when she was relatively new here on the open board about coming up with how may posters on here were first born, I thought I could guess then or some such then Free....that is when you got all disjointed with me and took me off your buddy list...sorry I dare say friend instead btw...you are beyond help in my opinion, but then again you really think you are some kind of watching us all kind of critter... you go along to get along, so be it..whatever makes your boat float.
Also Free we have gone back and forth a lot since then and you know it..I have always tried to reach out to you to a point, well I won't anymore.
You still have proven my point my little red-headed step-child...whine on...or better yet whine to Sarah P....she may think you are her cup of tea yet.
But I just love ya anyway fella'...
edit---this is important to me Free...It was months later before I even noticed you removed me from you BUDDY list..it is not like I care if I am liked or not by a list, I know if I am liked or not by comments posted after my comments on post Free...so don't go giving yourself so much credit about yourself....you are no better than anybody else here from the beginning here, although you really think you are, it is sad what you did with me and MrShy...I really still can't believe you are that small...I should of though.
