This morning, Bill Clinton was interviewed by an NPR reporter in New
Orleans. Clinton asserted that we know how to alleviate the conditions
of poverty in New Orleans: (better) schools, (more) money, and
(economic and racial) integration of neighborhoods. Perhaps we could
learn by the example of Mr. Clinton and the NPR reporter. What is the
economic and racial mix in their neighborhoods, their homes? What
public schools profited from their children's attendance?
