Tis the sharing season...

All of the negative "news" stories that are the current blaring headlines in the MSM are definitely not in the spirit of the holiday season.  Does anyone have a story or event from holidays, present or past, about the sharing and giving nature of the season?  I know that there are many people out there that carry out acts of kindness, but are rarely heard about in the media or elsewhere.  It is these acts, some random, some not, that always bring a smile to my face and remind me of what the season is all about and how there is great compassion and kindness in humans everywhere.
