Legalize weed in California, yes or no?

Looks like this will be a official bill to be voted on in November for voters and wanted to find out how the majority of NB feel. Despite my own feelings on the issue I will try to give a unbiased look and give both pov on this main body. First the social consevatives Pot should not be legal because it is dangerous. It is a gateway drug that can lead to harder drugs. It will raise the crime rate , more teenagers will get ahold of it, and more people will be driving when they are high. Now the libertarian conservatives It is no one else business what we do go our own bodies. Conservatives don't want a nanny state but yet want to nanny this? Legalizing marijuana can help the state which is strapped for cash to make money. Why criticize libs for wanting to protect us from fatty food when social conservatives want to do the same thing I hope I presented both sides equally, I would like to know what the majority of consevatives on NB feel about this issue.
