Was anyone else as disgusted as I that Obama set up the photo op to salute the fallen soldier coming out of the plane?

I can' think of a more disingenuous political statement than that.

(I just burried a great American and military buddy killed by a suicide bomber in Iraq in May of this year.)

What do you think is the worse:

Attacking the former Presidents that banned the political use of dead military being transported

That he is obviously showing off his new policy of allowing it to be photographed

The completely tangential issue that the WH and press believe that this is somehow a newsworthy first and historical.

Or my personal worse, that it mimics the story line of Taking Chance, an HBO special about what happens after a US military member dies overseas.

In my eyes this is definitly life imitating art. (Which was really imitating life, as Taking Chance was a true story.)

Absolutely disgusting. 

Put an inexperienced and radical lawyer into the most critical position at one of the most critical times in our history, and this is what you end up with: some photo-ops mimicking an HBO special.
