Exercise?
I'm just curious as to what type of exercise ( other than 12 oz curls) some of you NBer's do on a daily basis. A couple of years ago my doctor told me my LDL ( bad cholesterol) was borderline and told me to start exercising more. I walk about 3 miles a day and do 200 situps. Takes just over an hour for both. Its a light load, but something I stick with? I'm 53 BTW. My LDL is still borderline :(
