Is "Common Purpose" a communist group?

This video is about a group called "Common purpose". The focus of this particular speech is from the British perspective.  However, the speaker mentions that he believes this same group is operating inside the U.S.  I have seen a bit on the net that seems to confirm that, but I am still looking into it. I will, in addition to the link to the speech, provide a link to "Common Purpose" international site.  Currently it does not list the US, but it does list a number of other countries.  Read a little bit about the organization on their own page. The site talks about leaders "leading beyond authority" and utilysing the "invisible, open space"  that "lies between the citizen and the state." It talks about learning how to "take things forward without simply seeking consensus."

The speaker alledges that "Common Purpose" runs classes where the "graduates " are often Government Employees and Journalists whose course is paid for by their employers. This man claims that the EU is using "Common Purpose" to undermine resistance to the EU in Great Britain and that it is in fact, a communist organization. He alledges that the BBC has been heavily infiltrated by "Common Purpose."

This video is a bit long.  It starts out slow and you have to listen to a little British humor.  Also about 7 + minutes in the video hangs up and you have to drag the progress bar at the bottom of the video along a little bit to get it started. The British man doing the speech is a bit more unfriendly towards President Bush and the War than most readers of this site would be, but he also seems to recognize that much of the environmental movement as it exists today is really a power tool of the left.

I would like to know what others here know about this organization.

He never says anything about 911, so I hope he is not a Truther.
