By now, everyone is familiar with CNNs never-ending attacks on President Bush.  One of their tactics is to try and use daily "polls" where they ask obviously biased and skewed questions to promote their anti-Bush point-of-view.  Today's (Tuesday, September 20) was a classic.  Here is a copy of an e-mail I sent to CNN.com on their feedback page:

MESSAGE SENT TO CNN:

CNN:  Today's poll question on your homepage asks:

"Are President Bush's five visits to the areas damaged by Hurricane Katrina helping the disaster response?"
Yes
No

So let me get this straight:  First the President "doesn't care enough", but NOW he "cares TOO MUCH"?  You people are incredible.

Your biased poll questions will be posted on NEWSBUSTERS.ORG as an example of biased media "pushing" a particular point of view.

At least be HONEST CNN.  Your question REALLY Meant:  "Are the President's five visits to the disaster area helping him politically and making it harder for the anti-Bush media to demonize him?"  Try THAT question and see what your poll results tell you.

By the way, you DO know that there is a concerned effort on "left wing" media sites such as moveon.org (and others) to get their members to "vote" on your polls, thereby skewing the results.  They actually have a "vote for the daily CNN (biased) poll question" area where they encourage radical leftists to go on your site and skew the results of your (already biased poll question) polls.

Actually, to us "regular" Americans, this is quite helpful, as it gives us a good meausre on the "strength" of the radical left since responding to your biased poll questions is a "must" for them.

Thanks CNN!  You're actually doing the conservative cause a "favor"; Your're "telegraphing" your punches so we can prepare for your "arguments" before you make them.

Usually, you will float a trial CNN (biased) poll question.  If the anti-Bush results to that question are "postiive", your anchors and analyists will "pick up on it" and start parroting it like the good little lemmings they are.

So you are actually HELPING President Bush by letting him know what your "side" is planning to harp on next!

CNN's biased "poll questions" are actually a good TOOL for President Bush!

HA!  And you thought you were "pushing the story"!  Nice try CNN.
