Former Jersey Boy Bruce Springsteen comes strolling into town to play some gigs, convince thousands of adoring fans that he's still 'The Boss' and go back to his real home in Cali (no offense to my California bretheren. My own ancestor left back in the 1800's to go West - you may have heard of him. His name was Sutter)

Oh, did I mention that our senior Senior Senator Lautenberg has gone into the performance ticket broker business? He scored 40 impossible-to-get $108 dollar tickets and resell them for $1,500. each. That's a lotta 'scarole, eh? A pre-concert reception with Senator Lautenberg AND a Springsteen concert?? Be still, my beating freakin' heart!

With Springsteen's true glory days behind him, he relies more on Republican and Conservative bashing than actually performing. Now that a Senator is able to get what regular Joe's only dream of is another reason NJ is the leading state in corruption and the butt-end of endless jokes.
