Saudis ask for aid if world cuts dependence on oil

First Post WWII we built the oil refineries in Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Irag and Iran.  then they took them over or ran most of the Americans out of their countries.  To hold a tighter grip on their oil.  now they are sitting on half the worlds wealth and they want a bail out too?

Let them bail them selves out.  

We need to drill our own oil or we are at their whim and desire.
