"Obama will deliver a speech to the Muslim world in Egypt on June 4 in which he will seek to repair ties that were severely damaged under his predecessor George W. Bush."

Because we all know that our ties were so warm prior to the Bush Admin.  Warm enough to foster an environment of repeated terrorist attacks over decades prior to Bush, increasing in severity and culminating in 9/11, which was planned long before Bush took office.
