Why isn't there more coverage here about the lawsuit by Philip Berg. It's getting huge. It's spreading to include memebrs in the DNC. Yet nothing about it on here.
:00 a.m. -- Berg Files Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint
This morning, prominent Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Philip Berg filed a Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint in his ongoing case against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and others
This is the plea to reject the Obama & DNC dismissal request and it adds to the defendants Pedro Cortes, Secretary of the Commonwealth for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; California Sen. Diane Feinstein in her role as Chairwoman of the U.S. Senate Commission on Rules and Administration; and U.S. Senate Commission on Rules and Administration.
This is not a shot gun approach to get 'something'. It is however very diliberately pointed at the people responsible for investigation, approval and certification of Obama's eligibility to run for office.
Then just before the court house closed at 4:45 p.m. -- Obama, DNC File Motion for Protective Order
Defense attorney John LaVelle filed a motion asking the judge to issue a protective order which would allow for a ruling to come down on the motion to dismiss before the commencement of any discovery.
In other words Obama doesn't want to disclose anything to the American people.
This is what Obama wants to hide and what Berg is asking for in the discovery;
Order Barack Obama to prove his citizenship status and immediately turn over (1) a certified copy of his "vault" birth certificate, (2) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names of Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham, (3) a certified copy of his Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of majority, (4) any and all college admission forms, and (5) any and all documentation changing Obama's name from "Barry Soetoro" to "Barack Obama."
