Hello all,

Please let me know what you think about my healthcare proposal Word document.  Any suggestions would help too.  I would like to send it to several Senators and Congressman and also Grandy and Andy, Hannity, Limbaugh, Ingraham, Coulter....  Maybe NB could send it for me to all of them.  Look... it isn't even a thousand pages.

I am sick and tired of paying for everyone else.  I also intend to submit a bill for $4500 since I purchased a F-150 truck about 3 months ago.  It is discrimination to give out rebates to a select few people.  It is not their money to give.  Maybe one of the Senators or Congressman could write me a personal check!

Universal Healthcare Proposal

1.) Absolutely no government intrusion or support in any way, shape, or form EVER

2.) 100% completely voluntary

3.) FREEDOM OF CHOICE is maintained (ie. charity)

4.) Everyone should be happy with it - those who want it will have it and those who don't, won'thave to pay for it.

Proposal :

·         Anyone(including illegal aliens[i]) can submit an application for membership for the insurance by filling out a form and submitting it

·         Once submitted and approved, you have 60 days to bow out gracefully.  After the 60 grace period lapses and you do not withdraw, you are in it for LIFE[ii]

·         Anyone who signs up must submit their tax forms[iii] to the committee[iv]

·         Anyone who signs up must give (10, 15, 20...%) of their income to the universal fund[v]

·         This insurance may never ask for any help in any way, shape, or form from the Federal, State, or local governments or from any foreign governments, persons, or entities.  Private companies or citizens of the U.S.  shall not be coerced, forced, intimidated, or mandated in any way, shape, or form to join this insurance.

·         This insurance will only include any medical personnel or establishments that CHOOSE to be part of this insurance[vi].

·         Charitable donations with a maximum limit(say $5000) may only be given to this insurance from U.S. citizens and by private U.S. owned companies.

·         My suggestion to the committee - all of those people who voted for Obama need to put their money where their mouth is (ie. if they make more than $250,000, then every dime they make over $250,000 will be automatically input into the pool).

[i]                Since proponents don’t seem to mind this, then there shouldn’t be any issue.

[ii]               Since the current or any of the subsequent bills would require all taxpayers to pay into the system forever,

then this isn’t too much to ask either.  During the grace period, money will be withdrawn from your income, but will not be refunded.  Insurance claims submitted during the grace period will be on hold to see if the applicant remains in the program.  If the applicant withdraws, money will not be refunded and the claim will be denied.  If you do not have a job and submit the application and are accepted, you cannot withdraw.  All members may also purchase private insurance at their discretion, but they will always have to input into this fund for LIFE.

[iii]              This is to determine who has the money to pay.  If you don’t have any income, then you would still benefit

because someone else is paying for you.  If you lose your job, don’t worry, you are covered.  If you get a

job or have a salary increase, don’t worry, you will still have the same percentage taken out to cover input into the fund.

[iv]              The committee is a group of people voted on by its members.  The committee may make any rules as it

deems fit by whatever the statutes are voted upon by its members.  The committee should be at  least 10

people and must include a male and female from each race so that everyone’s concerns are addressed.  The initial committee should include celebrities that are for this until such a committee may be voted upon by its member base.

[v]               The committee will decide exactly how much would be withdrawn from income to sustain all medicalexpenses.

[vi]              Any medical personnel or establishments will never be coerced, forced, intimidated, or mandated to enter

into this insurance.  It must be of their own free will.  Any medical personnel or establishments may withdraw from the insurance after submitting a withdraw form.  They may then withdraw 30 days after the submission.  These withdrawals may not be challenged or denied in any way, shape, or form by this insurance.
