MSNBC fixing Obama Poll?

Sometimes the poll works and sometimes it will not respond. Obama was losing by a landslide and now it is pretty much even. When I use twitter to flood it with conservative votes it quits working for a while. It would be an easy thing to do to turn it off when it starts trending in a way you don't want it to. I don't know you decide.
