Goldline and Glenn Beck
I really like Glenn Beck. I listen to his radio show almost every day. I love his message. I love how he has rallied Tea Party types. And I really love what he did with the 8/28 project.
I am concerned that he associates himself with Goldline, if what I'm hearing turns out to be true. I heard this story on the radio yesterday, Sept 23rd. I searched it today and this is what I saw. Maybe Beck's detractors are making this whole thing up, I hope so.
But my concern about Goldline is that they really don't sell "gold", they sell marked up gold coins where there really is no secondary market. If Goldline clients are paying 50% above the "value" for these coins, then Goldline has the possibility to taint Beck, and that would be a shame.
Does anybody have any other information that might shed some light on this?
This has nothing to do with investing in gold, which has a very small bid/ask price and is a very liquid market. My conern has always been the "gold coin" side of the business and the possibility that has for ripping people off.
Please don't bash me for "hating" on Glenn Beck! I don't want to see him tainted.
