Double Standard on 'Hate' speech disqualifying NFL team ownership

Fergie (Stacy Ann Ferguson) is a new part owner of the Miami Dolphins. She was/is a member of the Black Eyed Peas, which included left wing, and "YesWeCan" video maker Will.I.Am. One of the groups first hits included the song entitled 'Where is the Love?'. Below are the CONTROVERSIAL lyrics form JUST the first verse:
-----------------------------------
Where is the love
by Black Eyed Peas
What's wrong with the world, mama
People livin' like they ain't got no mamas
I think the whole world addicted to the drama
Only attracted to things that'll bring you trauma
Overseas, yeah, we try to stop terrorism
But we still got terrorists here livin'
In the USA, the big CIA
The Bloods and The Crips and the KKK
But if you only have love for your own race
Then you only leave space to discriminate
And to discriminate only generates hate
And when you hate then you're bound to get irate, yeah
Badness is what you demonstrate
And that's exactly how anger works and operates
Nigga, you gotta have love just to set it straight
Take control of your mind and meditate
Let your soul gravitate to the love, y'all, y'all.
-----------------------------------
Essentially, the Black Eyed Peas are calling the CIA, (which obviously includes it's agents, employees, and leadership) equivalents to the Blood, Crips, and Terrorists around the world.
At the time of the song's release, I remembered hearing those lyrics and thinking how out in left field they are, but I thought it would never have relevance later on. But being that the Black Eyed Peas (including Fergie) are as openly tilted towards the political left as Rush Limbaugh arguably is to the right, and given Ms. Ferguson's purchase as a stakeholder in the Miami Dolphins, the lyrics of the song are relevant again today when weighed against the allegations of "hate" speech by Mr. Limbaugh.
Given that Rush is being charged with saying things that were neither recorded, nor appropriately sourced in print media, I find it amazing that another well known figure, this one of the politically far left variety, is given a free pass in regards to her and her group spewing hatred at the CIA -- an agency that fights day in and day out to keep our nation safe -- an agency that was the FIRST to lose an American Combatant in the War on Terror in Afghanistan ( remember Johnny Mike Spann). Why is the hate speech against the CIA not a disqualifier from Fergie owning a sports team?
(I emailed this to NB staff as well -- I believe it's a legit story in comparisson)
