Dem style democracy

In the latest news from the DNC, delegates from Florida and Michigan will get 1/2 vote per delegate, when at the Democrat Convention (even though 3 others states violated the same Rule 11, but will still get 1 vote per delegate).

After all the "grand-standing" for making "every vote count" and "no voter should be disenfranchised" and "Bush stole the election" in the Florida vote count in 2000, how is it the DNC now wants to only count 1/2 the votes from these two states? In effect, this is the same a not letting "every vote count", not caring that "no voter should be disenfranchised" and its OK to let Obama to "steal" the nomination?

But what's new? Al Gore tried to prevent 3000 soldiers from voting by going to court, but the U.S Appeals court ordered the votes to be counted, just another DNC "attrocity". And now they are complaining about voter registration too

This all begs the real question, does the word "democracy" and "Democrat" having anything in common? I mean, how is all this for manipulating elections and ignoring the voters?
