Having a hard time deciding if Obama is incompetent, ineffective and clueless like Carter, or if he is corrupt and coniving like Johnson. I am thinking more Carter than Johnson, but could be convinced otherwise with this ACORN thing.

Either way Obama is a "One Term Wonder."
