Computer Versus Landing a Jet on an Aircraft Carrier?

Obama is saying that McCain can't use a computer.

Can Obama actually say that he could land a jet on an aircraft carrier in the middle of the ocean when the ship is bobbing side to side and up and down? Even with years of practice, he couldn't do it, although he thinks he can - apparently he doesn't need a ship or plane - he can walk on water.
