CNN commentary on "death panels"

CNN published a commentary by president of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Dr. Douglas Blayney "debunking" the existence of death panels under Obamacare.  He dutifully trotted out Section 1233 of HR 3200 on end of life issues counselling to make his point.

Sadly, the "brilliant doctor" totally failed to address the actual issue that Sarah Palin's "death panel" comment was about: the rationing of care under a government health program and how that would mostly affect the sick, elderly, and disabled.

Not even one comment at the CNN story noted that the commentary was totally off topic.
