Every typical National Football League game has production meetings prior to the broadcast with both teams.  However, the Kansas City Chiefs did not have a meeting scheduled with CBS prior to their game with the New England Patroits.

Granted, the Patriots did start 18-0 last season before their upset loss to the New York Giants, but don't the Chiefs deserve at least some mention?  CBS has turned the young, rebuilding Chiefs in to the Rodney Dangerfields of the NFL before the season has even started.

The New England Patriots essentially have a monopoly on an NFL television broadcast.  It's nothing more than another case of east-coast media bias being played out by CBSBS.
