Anti-Semite

Alot of people on this forum are throwing around accusations of anti-Semitism. It seems that it is usually whipped out when these people are on the losing end of an argument and badly need to change the scope of the discussion.

So, to those of you who have been doing this, and you know who you are, tell us all what makes one an anti-Semite. Tell us if these rules apply to all people, or just to Jews. (If you don't support action in Darfur, do you hate Africans? Who do you hate if you are neutral on the subject of Taiwan and China?)
