Would it be possible to make it so Forum topic comments didn't appear in most recent comments?

It's not a real big deal, but I thought I'd ask if it happened to be an easy thing to do. I know there used to be a list of Hot forum topics or something listed separately and I wish it could just be like that.

This is just a suggestion it's not a big deal. I'd like to be able to avoid accidentally going into forum topics that are made by people I find to be offensive. I can easily click out but sometimes you don't realize it.

I also think that the "most recent comment" part in a way advertises a thread and NB should advertise it's own threads over ones that are created by users. Especially because many users have abused it. Just my opinion.

Obviously if it's a big deal to change then it's not even worth any consideration, but if it's easy it would be nice for you to think about it. Thanks.

Dee

Maybe they could split the two catergories?

New comments in Forums, and new comments in the blogs.

Hi Free!

I hope they can do something but it may be too hard. I really just don't like ending up in some thread by TM, Shawn or Thought police by accident.
I love yours of course. Especially the Sarah Palin fact of the day and your lists.
It's time for a new one from you! Something funny please.

Sorry Dee

Sorry Dee.

I can't do funny on request. It's hit-or-miss with me, leaning on the miss side, but I'll give it a try.

TOP TEN REASONS YOU SHOULD NOT VOTE FOR MCCAIN

10. John's idea of a "good time" is watching security cam footage of illegal aliens crossing the southern border.

9. Even though bombing Iran is a good idea, how many times can we stand listening to him sing it?

8. After he loses the election, maybe we'll get to see him on Dancing With The Stars

7. Not voting for him will seriously piss-off the RINOs

6. The Cap & Trade proposal

5. He's no (insert name of reliable conservative, such as JC Watts, John Kasich, Sarah Palin, Michael Steele, or Bobby Jindal)

4. After he loses the election, he will be free for appointment as Obama's Under-Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of Border Security

3. He sells those lame cloths with that ridiculous picture on them (I'm sorry. That was from the top ten list of reasons why mrshy is the object of mockery and derision)

2. If we wanted someone who will appoint bad judges, grant amnesty to illegal aliens, and ruin the economy with this global warming BS we would be Democrats anyway

1. Do we really want to listen to four years of "America is Racist" from the MSM??

That was very good Free

# 3 cracked me up the most and I have nothing at all against Mr.Shy.

They were all good and either completely true or funny or both. I was thinking before that we should have two forum topics - one reasons to vote for McCain and another reasons not to. I think there are reasons for both and no matter which thing people decide to do, they are not going to be happy about it. I always feel like I'm voting for the lesser of two evils, but this choice makes the previous evils seem saintly. Saying the lesser of two evils doesn't quite convey it. What's a stronger word than evil? I guess I'll just have to add more words like

The lesser of two evil rotten disastrous stinkin rotten (oops said rotten already) racist (yes both are racist) lousy, dishonest, pandering poopy heads!

That still doesn't feel like enough to accurately describe it.

You did good, Dee!

those 'pandering poopy heads' have got us all in such a quandry I'm ready to join Susan Sarandon and leave the country no matter which one is the winner!

But where ever Sarandon goes will be even worse!

We need to discover our own Island somewhere or something.
